Salt Increases BP? Really? So does when I am hungry, or angry, or forgot to take a deep breath!
My article (only a one-pager) on blood pressure and salt is finally out in print in a medical academic journal (abstract, entire paper). Why do we believe that salt has any significant influence on our blood pressure? This article debunks the myth and shows how easy it is to misunderstand (and misuse)…

I just finished reading the 41st page of The Rise of Loyalty, Advocacy and Influence: Social Media and the New Automotive Purchase Cycle, a study done by Dealer.com and Driver Side, hoping against hope that I would find mention of social media platforms other than Facebook. Nowhere does it mention that the only social media platform that would be taken into consideration is Facebook. Not even in the contents.
The term social media is used everywhere. Except, of course, in the study itself. They literally haven't bothered to look at any other social media platform.
The only indicator that the study only considered Facebook is this, on the cover.
I don't know about you, but it seems a little thin to me. Very unhappy experience with this study.
