Enjoy the delicious mix of cinnamon roll and pretzel flavors in these soft and chewy bagels. It's great for breakfast or any time you want a sweet treat.
Ingredients: 1 package 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 1 1/2 cups warm water. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 2/3 cup baking soda. 1 1/2 cups warm milk. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 tbsp milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Add warm water, sugar, and yeast to a bowl. Wait five minutes until it foams up. Put flour and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. Add the yeast mix and mix it in until a dough forms. On a floured surface, work the dough for five minutes or until it is smooth. Cover the dough with a clean towel and put it in a bowl that has been greased. Let it rise for an hour. Warm your oven up to 450F 230C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bring baking soda and water to a boil in a large pot. Cut the dough into equal pieces and roll each one into a bagel shape. Before putting the bagels on the baking sheet, boil the baking soda water for 30 seconds on each side. Put the bagels in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Melt the butter and add the brown sugar and ground cinnamon to a small bowl. The cinnamon mix should be brushed on the warm bagels right after they are baked. To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl using a whisk. Put the glaze on top of the bagels and let them cool a bit before you serve them. Have fun with your tasty Cinnamon Roll Pretzel Bagels!

These homemade poppy seed bagels are a tasty breakfast option. The dough is homemade and studded with poppy seeds for crunch and flavor. The chewy texture of bagels is achieved by boiling them before baking.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, warm water, and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface, or until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased mixing bowl, cover with a clean towel, and set aside for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Punch the dough down and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Make a ball out of each piece and poke a hole in the centre with your thumb. Form the dough into the shape of a bagel. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit 220 degrees Celsius. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and stir in the remaining tablespoon of poppy seeds. Boil the bagels for 1 minute on each side, one or two at a time. Place on a greased baking sheet with a slotted spoon. Combine the egg white and 1 tablespoon of water in a mixing bowl. Brush the mixture over each bagel and top with the remaining poppy seeds. 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

This recipe is quick to make in your air fryer, and it's a great way to enjoy a classic bagel with a twist.

Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped fresh chives over the cheese. Create a small well in the center of each bagel half to hold the egg. Carefully crack an egg into each well. Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the bagel halves back into the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on your desired level of egg doneness. For runny yolks, cook for 6 minutes; for firmer yolks, cook for 8 minutes.
