I had leftovers that I needed to use up. Baked cheeseburger wontons! 1SP per piece. They are so good! The sauce is Mumbo sauce. Ssssooo fucking delicious!!! Here’s the recipe below:
Cook ground beef, small dice onion, shred cabbage and slice string cheese into small discs.
Take a wonton wrapper and wet with water.
Fill wonton with ½ tap of beef, a disc or two of cheese, sprinkle cabbage and onions.
Fold over wonton and press ends tightly. spray cookie sheet with Pam and line up wontons. spray the top of the wontons.
Heat oven to 400°F. Cook for 15 mins. flip half way through.
Eat and enjoy!

To bake then roast slightly, chopped potatoes, carrots, red onion, rosemary, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper! Healthy side dish for steak!
