I’m sorry you’re going through a tough time! Sending happy thoughts! I’m no expert, but I second the anon who recommended trying omega 3. I was experiencing mild anxiety/loss of appetite this fall and omega 3 (fish oil pills) has helped me a lot.

thank you! i'm gonna ask my mom if we've got any omega 3, but if we don't i know our cabinet is full of other vitamins that will probably also be helpful :)

UGHHH I totally feel you, my first year of college our dorm was infested with roaches. I'd find them on the floor and walls and occasionally on my bed or in my clothes drawer. I used a lot of Raid and almost had a nervous breakdown more than once.

OH MY GOD HOW DID YOU SURVIVE YOU ARE MADE OF STERN STUFF.

It’s been raining heavily for basically 2 months straight but I’m strangely not depressed about that. Having a somewhat good day.

I’m terrified of the oncoming thunderstorms this week. Last two have ripped down loads of trees and crushed buildings.
