Oh !! I've been baking again and I got a few pictures from my last few bake runs so I thought it be neat to share em !! c:
Here are sugar cookies I made for Christmas, they came out kind of flat and not as sweet as I thought they'd be but my family liked them alot ^^
I've also figured out to make fried oreos and I've had to make a bunch this past two weeks cause my moms husband and my little brother want then like every day lol
And finally, last night I made my mom some low carb/no carb cookies ! They're keto pecan sandies with some dipped in keto friendly chocolate and some have the chocolate chips that I melted and used to dip the others in ^^
I spent four fucking hours today making these cupcakes for my mom’s birthday.
They are Irish Car Bomb cupcakes aka a Guinness chocolate cupcake filled with an Irish whiskey chocolate ganache, topped with a Bailey’s buttercream
came home today to find my sister making ice cream from scratch having never made it before and also using like entirely non ice cream making equipment so idk what thats about
On Saturday I made pizza rolls from scratch. I had a really cute shot of the inside and then the sauce cup spilled everywhere 😆 the bread was my first yeasted dough. It turned out more delicious that I anticipated. I'm so happy.
Last night I made dough for my first rustic loaf. It proofed overnight. Here it is fresh out of the oven this morning. It's smells amazing. I wanted a crispy crust bread and here it is 🤗🤗
So soft in the middle and a wonderfully crisp crust. A bonus, this is also my first loaf in the Dutch oven my mother got me for Christmas last year.
I'm officially spoiled. I hope to make bread every week or so 😊😊
I made my first ever loaf of bread on new years day. An oat bread using oat flour I made by pulverizing rolled oats in the food processor. It turned out more delicious than I thought it would.
Today I'm going to attempt a yeasted bread. My boyfriend got me a stand mixer for Christmas (much to my surprise) and I'm ready to take it for a spin.

I love using ginger when I bake. It's like a warm hug for your mouth! Come winter, there are two quintessential ginger cookies I make again and again:
ginger snaps, known for their sharp spicy flavor and their hard crisp
and gingerbread cookies, usually shaped like little people, which are much softer and chewier and not quite as sharp
I *really* love that sharp little zing and satisfying crumble of a ginger snap, but I also love how warm and cozy a fresh gingerbread ken is.
