I need to state for the record that every time one of you comments on/sends me an ask about trying or liking my recipes I die a little inside in a very good way. I mean I know this has been public knowledge for like 6 years at this point but still.

Apparently Reddit is not an exception to this because someone on there just tried my cheese muffin recipe and liked it and I cried like a damn baby when I read their comment. :'D

... I should probably post that recipe over here if I haven't yet. I feel like linking to my Reddit comments on Tumblr is breaching some kind of containment...

So my family is doing Christmas Eve Eve this year and I’m going to bake some kind of dessert but I’m not sure what to make?

I think I want to bake some kind of Gingerbread cake? But I’m not sure. Something everyone (kids included) would like? Which seems like Gingerbread would be a safe bet? 

Also, if I do that.... Should I go a bit fancier and do something like this: 

(If I did that I think I’d have to buy some circle pans b/c I don’t think we have any which wouldn’t be a big deal) 

Or should I make a bundt cake like this:

(IDK if I’ll do the snowflakes though, maybe I’ll just buy some fun Christmas sprinkles or something instead)

I really wanna bake candy cane cupcakes, but I’m worried they’ll turn out badly and I’ll waste an entire batch. Maybe a less risky recipe would be better.
