So the whole Halsin line where he's like "I can smell Astarion on your skin, you two are bonded" thing had me tripping over the dumbest headcannon ever.

So what if, since Halsin is clearly VERY intune with scent, WHAT IF, he can smell Tavs smell, which he's clearly craving like a pot of honey, off Astarion? What with Tavs blood running in him all the time, I'd bet money there are times after Astarion's nommed on Tav that Halsin catches a sniff of the man and is like "damn boy!"

I like to think that's why poppa bear is a little sad when my Tav told his ass no (my gal likes them fangs only) cause now he's gotta sit around camp smelling Tavs sexy ass hormones assualting his senses from two diffrent people.

Imagine Astarion feeding off Tav when her hormones are all up there, like when she's ovulating, then next thing you know Halsins like "Hey Astarion~ heard you like bears~" and Astarion's just like "wtf"

So I was playing bg3 again, and if y'all know me, you know I play with the whole thing being polish because it's my first language and it let's me make sure I understand the whole thing well, despite how much English I know

And if you know anything about polish, you should know it's heavily gendered

And while greeting you in flirting stage, Astation can say "Hello, beautiful."

The word "beautiful" can be translated as "piękny" (masc form) and "piękna" (fem form). Nowadays ofc people try to add gender neutral form to polish language but I feel like people just don't wanna use it and actually learn how to use it because it sounds odd to some ig

Anyway, wanna know how that greeting was translated? "Witaj, słońce moich oczu."

It translates to "Hello, sun of my eyes." and honestly, it's the cutest thing I have heard and absolutely love that translation
