A friend of mine invited me to see a ballet tonight because she had an extra ticket & it was wonderful. I don’t dance anymore, but there was one boy in particular who stood out to me & even though he’s in a much different medium of performance art than I am, I feel like I could grow from watching him dance. He had a murderous intensity in the first half & a killingly soft disposition in the second. I feel like I can learn from anyone who performs with passion & it’s amazing to have so many opportunities to see live art. I am constantly learning & growing from seeing other people perform & I love it. I’ve had such a night.
