Easy Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars-Sweet Treat
These Healthy Double Chocolate Banana Bread Oat Bars are the perfect vegan and gluten-free treat. They're moist, chocolatey, and full of banana flavor!
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool before slicing and serving.
