Gotham Royalty AU - What if the Galavans were royals? feat. Barbara Queen 👑
Gotham Bingo Round 1 Part 9: Royalty AU (I already posted some things when the challenge (@gothambingo) was going, but decided to wait to give the edit its deserved time):
and on Tiktok (probably better on a big screen, but on long videos you can put it to the side too)
And the art I created for it (sometimes isn't visible for long in the edit):
Their castle (see how I included Galavan Tower? 💖)
Originally the sky wasn't dark enough either. And I added a lot in size too.
The surviving royals: (ignore the sofa. I couldn't move Silver over it cause the Tabitha image wasn't big enough on the side).
Headlines (these took me three hours but were so fun, I recommend it for people who like editing! 😄 Oh and the magazine is totally made from scratch)
the press would so talk about Tabitha's fashion choices!
"Can two orphans find love?" 😱😭
Aww, Barbara got an actual wedding 🥰 Instead of, you know, what happend with Jim

If there was one thing Barbara loves it’s when things go how she wants. If there was another thing she loves it’s the woman standing with her in a picture frame on the desktop in front of her. She looks up, meeting her own eyes as her hair’s pulled back by the stylist. Different people were running about the room, making sure everything was in place.
A growl leaves Barbara when a man knocks into a woman, nearly sending the box she was holding to the floor. “No.” She groans, standing with a finger raised to her stylist and in the other hand was a gun, pointing at the man. “No one is ruining today.” She shot him point-blank before sitting back down, the gun on the tabletop. Everything continues as planned. “Not today.”
Not one person in the building was shocked at the gunshots. It was Gotham after all and today was the day that Barbara Kean was taking no shit from nobody. Gods help anyone who stands in her way today. Across the building was you, joking around with your sister as your daughter hogs the mirror, doing a little spin. “What do you think?” She asks, fixing the dress she was in.
You smile, walking up and pressing a kiss to her head. “I think you look like a princess.” She smiles, looking in the mirror again. “Perfect.” You fix the bow on the back of her dress. “Now, can mommy get ready.” She turns around, nodding with a bright smile on her face.
A snicker comes from your sister as she stands beside you. “Your lover’s started already.” You smile, shaking your head as one of your helpers comes in, starting with your makeup. “You’re bold you know. I could never.” Rolling your eyes, you smile at yourself in the mirror. You didn’t think you’d ever.
It wasn’t until the actual big moment that you were nervous. When the music started playing and the big doors opened. There at the end was Barbara, dressed in an elegant dress. She was stunned, amazed by how good you looked as you were walked towards her in your own dress.
You smile at her, holding her hands. “Hi.” She smiles, taking in every inch of you into memory. This was a moment that she didn’t want to remember.
“Hi.” She says back, running her thumbs over the back of your hands. At this moment you were all that she cared about you were all that mattered.
That lasted until your daughter walked over, holding a pillow in her hands. Two rings sit on the pillow. This was the moment that the two of you spent the whole day thinking about, the moment that neither of you would ever forget.
That was the moment that Barbara Kean cared for someone other than herself. That was when Barbara and you said “I do” and everyone knew to steer clear, cause you two were unstoppable.
