What's happening in Kurdistan?
I know this is unlike my usual content, but please hear me out.
On June 14th 2020, Turkey has started the operation "Claw-Eagle" in the Kurdistan Region in Northern Iraq claiming it was being carried out under the right of self defence and to ensure the security of the turkish people and the country's borders by neutralizing terrorists. However, they failed to mention that their cross-border targets largely include civilian areas as well as refugee camps. One more problem is that this operation is being carried out amid the covid-19 outbreak, which the region targeted also is dealing with.
