One of the fantastic things about battle ropes is like bells, you can use them for almost any goal. A little secret is that they might be better for diverse audiences from the trainer perspective, an elite athlete can use the same rope as a complete beginner because you get out what you put in with a rope. Everyone’s max effort is different, but one rope, unlike a weight, can be used by both.
