Make up five ships that have no romantic chemistry or where the characters haven't met but would be absolutely chaotic and hilarious
- Iseult x Stix. Don't ask me why this was the first thing that popped in my head when I read this prompt. It just was. It's so so random but it'd be so hilarious to see Iseult trying to stop Stix from doing so many stupid things
- Merik x Lizl. She would have absolutely no time for his drama and he would have no time for hers, and I can't even begin to imagine a situation in which they'd meet. But omg can you imagine?
- Alma x Vaness. This is possibly the most absurd one for countless reasons, mostly the fact that their personalities are just so wildly different, but I'm really entertained by the idea of Alma insisting that they go to Marstok to make sure the empress is okay and everyone is just like "WHY"
- Aeduan x Caden. This is so cursed but I just think it would be hilarious because Aeduan's really quiet and Caden would lose his mind after five seconds of someone not noticing him and the things he was saying
- Rokesh x Bayrum. They used to date five years ago but for separated by distance and responsibilities, even if they did miss each other. Then in the throne room, Bayrum saw Rokesh again and realized that THIS was where he'd been all these years...guarding the very empress that Bayrum had been complicit in trying to kill. He panicked a little - he had planned to admit to what he'd done, knowing there was no way out of it, but even after five years he couldn't bear to see Rokesh's shocked, betrayed face. So he lied to the person who had been introduced as a Truthwitch, hoping desperately that she herself was faking it so that he could still be innocent in at least one person's eyes. She wasn't, though, and he wasn't, and Vaness killed him as soon as Safi told her about the lie regardless. But it was okay, because Rokesh put up his Adder scarf and shroud to cover up his face right before it happened. The shock and the betrayal were still there, of course, but Bayrum didn't see it.
(That last one is absolute BULLSHIT but well, that was the point. Still, that's a borderline crack fic 😂)
