not to get all parasocial about it (Clue too late gif) but to me? It's giving "something happened with my partner and I am freaking out and trying to send a message to her directly/cry for help to my friends."

I wasn't sure until the current pfp, which looks demonstrably to me like one taken in TN during Winter holidays in 2024, thus the photographer is most likely Oliver's partner. (that foliage is NOT Los Angeles and his look matches what we saw from him during his Winter 2024 road trip) I won't dox myself... but I know what that region of the South looks like in Winter. That's TN in Winter, imo.

It features Oliver and Bear... like 3 of the 6 photos in this bonkers crazy girl spiral thing (one references Bear, two featuring). It's such a specific candid we've never seen before, from such a specific time, with such a specific "subject" behind the lens (the unseen photographer).

To me, the thing is the timeline. In order, in less than 24 hours we get:

9:30 PM PT Saturday: Oliver selfie in front his trailer featuring the words "Dog Inside" (obliquely about Bear, the dog he takes to set, but also possibly the message of "I am a dog"/I'm sorry--if this is about his partner, did Oliver fuck up? Or, it's about Bear.)

Within the hour, replaced by: pro-shot photo of Oliver from the ABC Soiree

Ass-crack of dawn/around 4:30 AM PT Sunday (when EST noticed & reposted--I was asleep lol): fuckboy pic of a pre/early 9-1-1 Oliver from 2018 beckoning at the camera. (is the point of this image he surely had to DIG for the hand gesture? The time from which it hails? A message of "me before all this"?)

5 AM-ish PT: someone, most likely Oliver, updates his IMDB Gallery for the first time in 7 years with images from the ABC Soiree, and stills from 6x10, 8x09 (Sob Stories specifically), and the now-infamous, and quickly deleted, mystery season 9 ring pic. He also updates his IMDB main pic to one from the Soiree. (like go look--all the pics in his Gallery before from the show were from season 1 and featured Abby!)

note: the times are when people noticed, so most likely the actual edits were done nebulously in the middle of the night PT/ass-crack of dawn. Someone wasn't sleeping but decided to update their IMDB for the first time since 2018? lol

5:30 AM PT: new pfp, B&W photo taken of Oliver and Bear, clearly the end of a reel of film. Unclear exactly when/where it was taken or who the photographer is, though it was taken with one of his fancy-cameras, and also he looks a bit scruffy/long hair so it's *possible* this is also from hiatus/winter break? Is the photographer his partner? Ryan? A random friend? Is the "object"/point him + Bear? The time/place it was taken? the photographer? He's wildly oscillating through these pfps for a reason... the problem is we are not the audience for them so who knows.

1:30 PM PT: gratuitous gym Story (likely filmed in the morning as Oliver always delays posting exactly where he is by a bit of time)

3 PM PT: latest/still current pfp of Oliver with Bear in TN over winter break, partner as photographer.

9:30 PM PT: another gratuitous gym Story that imo looks like a separate trip??? he went to the gym twice in one day??? (to me, that looks like an empty gym past closing time but who knows)

He's not sleeping, he's compulsively exercising, he's not home, he's going full passive aggressive crazy-girl with his profile pictures over the course of 24 hours, not to mention the wild and random IMDB gallery update!

The whole thing reminds me acutely of peak Millennial social media freakout behavior, like back when you'd Pointedly change your FB profile pic/put shit on your wall when you were in a snit/trying to Communicate with someone. (or same energy as changing your AIM status repeatedly).

He's also demonstrably breaking pattern from the last 6+ months of having a professionally shot profile pic--he hasn't done this in recent memory w/ his pfps, and generally just has used "generic attractive pro shot of me" or a "cool photographer selfie""... that we've landed finally on a candid taken by a partner in a personal/intimate time he hasn't previously shared at all publicly? Choices. He's such a private person, and this is so public???

Oliver is going through it and my gut says trouble at home. The Bear part makes me wonder like... is this a split and they're divvying up the dogs? Or does he just like pictures of himself with the dog? (possible) Butttttt to me, the Bear pics are on purpose.

The insane part to me is that I've born witness to all this in order to even form an opinion like WOOF (no pun intended), Oliver, please call a friend.
