Whole 30 Couple Day 3: we've learned that maybe we need to be aware of how many calories under we seem to be; it's leading to super hunger and headache. I'm inspired by the usual motivations: beautiful people and perfect bodies. But I'm also motivated by a long life with my loved ones, to moving freer, to feeling better, to not facing medical consequences for poor lifestyle choices. Don't ever give up. Keep fighting. I will see you on the battle ground #fitfam
