Day 25
Just a hike today, no workout at home. I weighted myself today even if it’s not time yet, and let’s just say... that I have to go even harder if I want to see results this week! Ahem...
Breakfast 8h30 AM (half a banana, 1 slice of wholebread, 0% yoghurt, 1 spoon of blueberry jam) Snack 11h30 (cashews) Lunch 2h30 PM (chicken breast, broccoli, spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, sunflower seeds, 1 chunk of parmesan, 1 slice of wholebread, 1 egg, half a banana) I ate more food in prediction of the hike after this. As a result I was not hungry at all after the hike.
Workout - Went for a hike at 3h00 (50 min hiking up new record! + 40 min walking down) Snack 5h30 PM (1 little apple) Dinner 7h00 PM (chicken breast, broccoli, spinach, bell pepper, 2 bowls of pumpkin soup)
