Best BBQ Beef Rib Recipe - Fall Off The Bone
Beef short ribs cooked slowly and served with a tasty barbecue sauce. Great for a tasty meal with little work!
Ingredients: 4 lbs beef short ribs. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt to taste. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Use smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to season the short ribs. Put vegetable oil in a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Make sure all sides of the short ribs are browned. Put it in the slow cooker. Put soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Mix them all together. The sauce should be poured over the slow-cooked short ribs. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the meat is soft and falls off the bone. Take out the extra fat from the sauce and throw it away. Add the sauce to the short ribs and serve them over cooked rice or mashed potatoes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
