You're right, I am more than a little weird and a bit awkward. No, I don't fit in and most people don't understand me. But at least I'm being real and I think the world needs more people who are brave enough to be real.
I am speaking directly to you. You matter. You deserve happiness. You deserve to live as you see fit. You are enough. When you doubt that you will ever be able to transition because you are too old, too big or too small, or not beautiful or handsome enough. When you doubt that you will ever fit into the gender that you want to and have to be, you will get there. I know every nerve and bone in your body and mind screams that you cant do this. You look at all the before and after photos of people that have already transitioned and they look so happy and amazing and you think that you will never get there. You will, just as they did. You have doubts, and so did they and probably still do. They aren't more special or smarter or better than you. They were in your exact same shoes as you at some point in their life. Thinking about all the people that they envied. If you need or want transition , you can do it. This journey is a journey of a thousand steps which can appear to be impossible . But every journey starts with a single step. And every step after is one step closer to becoming who you are. And when you finally make it to the other side, someone will be looking at you and wondering if they are going to ever look as good as you are or have their life figured as good as you do. You will become someone else's inspiration. Peace 💖

The Risk of Being Honest with your Emotions
I know many people will say, “Not my church!” I know almost all churches tolerate negative emotions.
But… for a while!
Most communities lose patience with people who struggle for a long time to heal themselves from trauma.
I know. I’ve witnessed it and experienced it.
How about you?
Are you looking for a community where you can be real about your emotions? Come join the rest of us at The Lasting Supper. We are as real as it gets. No judgement either. Check us out!
Just a thought (maybe I'm wrong)
We live in a society where we want truth and honesty. ‘Being real’ is now a trend, but why are we so quick to label people as 'fake’ once they speak out about something? We seem to label the truth we can handle and accept as 'being real’ and the truth we can’t handle as being 'fake’.
