We Finally have official information about the new ben10 comic along with some covers. They also dropped some preview pages And it sounds/looks like the classic series but serious.

Looks like the government will be involved possibly pursuing ben and co.

Also the aliens look sick, the omnitrix looks sick too. It looks soo alien and his aliens look soo freaky I love it!

Also looks like the reboot roster and a new guy which is also goated.

I'm psyched.

So I'm pretty much done with Ben 10 UAF as s2 of UA interests me a bit less and I'll just watch it over time.

I was planning on actually watching the og show for once now that I'm done.

Omniverse is out of the question for me, as I don't like the style, retcons, or the shit I heard they did with Kevin's story. So hard pass.

My question is about the Ben 10 Reboot. I see it has god awful review scores, and the, well, kiddier art style seems like a turn off to most og fans, and I can understand. The style looks cute but at the same time not so much. Not sure how I feel about Gwen and Kevin not really having powers either but... Though the classic timeline(minus Omniverse) will always be my preferred, does anyone have anything nice to say about the Reboot? Is it as bad as the reviews, or worth a watch at all?

I still plan on watching the og show first, but I was just curious about the Reboot.

Here is the schedule for 10/23-10/29 for Cartoon Network Central and Eastern Europe.

I am very much late; sorry for that - I had some personal stuff that needed to be sorted out

So... Ben 10 S02 started on Monday! We were going to have 3 Clarence episodes this week, but they were postponed...

We have got Steven Universe finishing up new episodes; and the Gumball miniseries Waiting for Gumball premiering on Saturday and reairing on Sunday, with only 8 episodes out of the 13 in existence actually airing. Strange.

There is daylight saving time shenanigans but the schedule makes it so confusing I decided not to include it - usually if I recall correctly they usually just air like 4 Angelo Rules episodes during that extra hour.

Some of my previous schedules can be found on what’snewcartoons’s tumblr page, but I decided to make a blog of my own for these.

it’s a bit annoying

how completely obvious it is that the reboot of Ben10 is trying to emulate Gravity falls

it uses a Gravity falls like artstyle(though with poorer, less dynamic animation quality)

and Ben and Gwen like eachother, in the original they hated eachother, but in the Reboot they more or less have Dipper and Mabel’s dynamic, with the Exception that Gwen isn’t quite as odd as Mabel, she’s just kind of a comic book nerd

Ben is also notably more intelligent (though the same was true in Omniverse)

and what makes it worse is that I can’t blame the reboots shoddy quality entirely on CN like with PPG, because the reboot was still at least partially made by Man of Action

So based on these images from the trailer of the new comic at least from what I can tell.

It does seem like this is the definitive look for the omnitrix. Definitely need to see a shot or cover or something done by Robert where it's the main focus cuz rn while I like the look of it based on the concept art and different artists renditions I need to see it in the book before giving a solid opinion.
