You watched with a sinking heart as he reached out, his fingers curling around hers with a possessive tenderness that seemed both intimate and unsettling. He guided her gently, almost reverently, out of the school's doors, their figures growing smaller as they vanished into the distance.
A melancholic sigh escaped your lips as you whispered to yourself, "They're probably off on another date."
