I've broken a couple asses in, but fuckkkk... there's just something primal about repeatedly punching a cervix... knowing there's no more room, that I'll make myself sore by repeatedly slamming their back wall, forcing every inch in anyways~

Pounding good bitches into babbling, screaming, incoherent messes with my thick girldick is the purpose I was sent to this life with;

Almost didn't do my workout today. I was out of sorts all day and wondering where my energy and motivation went. I said almost. I realized I could let the day's events immobilize me, or I could take care of myself. So I did today's workout, and yesterday's. It's what I needed to do. And doing so reminded me of where I going on my journey, and why. Who I am, and who I'm becoming. Where I am vulnerable, and where I am strong. There are times we need to stop and take care of ourselves so we can be strong and not be moved from who we are. It may sound corny, but I didn't know I needed the motivation that @shauntfitness provided until I heard it. So Shaun Week Day 4 Abs AND Day 5 Ripsanity are in the books. Just because my #BGDP group doesn't start until next week doesn't mean that I don't work out. This week I'm doing an at home circuit training program. 21 Day Fix is not easy but it feels oh so good when I'm done. Cardio, strength, a Pilates day, and a yoga day.
