local handsome korean man has me ON THE FLOOR!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!
I had deleted this anon ask about me being “mute” on the discrimination Canadian Snoopy is getting, but then I thought this is a great opportunity and I’m gonna be really clear: racism is real, disgusting, and not up for debate.
I don’t need to perform outrage on command to prove I care.
Also—X is not the real world. It’s a chaos machine where people farm anger, clip reactions, and turn everything into a purity-test, and I’m not interested in becoming part of that cycle.
What I won’t do is give more oxygen, reach, and amplitude to ignorance and people who are committed to being small-minded and hateful. That doesn’t mean I’m indifferent—it means I’m intentional. I’ve done readings about the racism that canadian snoopy is going through, and I’ve sat with it privately, but I’m not posting them because people are already triggered and anxious, and the way fear gets redirected online turns into more noise than help.
And a lot of folks on the other side are starting to sound just as hateful and rage-filled as the people they’re calling out, and I’m sorry but… that worries me. The world could benefit from more neutrality, more groundedness, more discernment. Not because the issue isn’t serious—but because constant reactive spiraling doesn’t fix it.
Also, the “never happening ship” comment is funny because I’ve said a million times: I don’t care if the ship happens or not. That’s not my decision, and it’s not my job to pressure anyone into anything. Free will. Libre albedrío. I have better things in my own life to really worry about them happening and being so parasocially involved in two people who I won't ever meet nor they have the slightest idea of who I am is not only hilarious, but not realistic.
If you feel your values don’t align with mine, please unfollow. I don’t hold anyone hostage to read my content.
And if you’re looking for a blog/person behind these words that operates on narrative-imposing activism—or demands I post what you want, when you want—it’s not going to be me. I’m not here to be policed by anon messages.
I’m here to contribute what I can, in the way I believe is actually constructive.
Harassment isn’t activism. Getting behind an anon to feed the same toxicity you’re condemning screams more about control, not justice.
I think I might have a type in biases…because why do they all resemble puppy’s?!

robby is a misogynist end of discussion.
he clearly acts on misogynistic biases, and is in a position of power to enforce patriarchal and misogynistic beliefs. he actively questions his female employees more, treats them with less respect, and let’s not even begin to mention how he acts towards al hashimi.
can everybody please shut up with the whole "he’s not a misogynist, he just has misogynistic biases". when he can enforce those biases in his workplace it becomes misogyny. when he acts on them in a way that is damaging to the women in the workplace, it becomes misogyny. when it affects patient care, it becomes (you guessed it) misogyny.
y’all are defending him bcs you don’t think he should be painted as a white misogynist and that real life is more complex than that. in this case, it isn’t.
misogynistic biases in men in leading positions is damaging, and one of the ways women are actively being kept in subordinate positions. it’s protecting a male-dominated hierarchy, it affects patient care, and is the main reason women (especially WOC) have to work twice as hard as men to gain half the respect.
for everyone saying that we’re taking it too seriously "it’s just a show". your constant defending of the white man proves how present his biases are in the real world. calling him out on it doesn’t mean painting him as a villain or making his character out to be only misogynistic.
and this doesn’t just happen in a fictional world, it happens in real workplaces every day. god forbid people want to discuss and call out the behaviours that’s being portrayed in the show.
the reactions y’all are having to misogynistic behaviours in the show ironically mimicks how people often react in real life too.
do with that as you will
