connie coming into work the day after she goes on her first date since the divorce and big hud immediately noticing that she looks a little bit downcast on the way to her office. as soon as his break starts he’s going to her office and asking her to have lunch with him later in the day; it gets the first real smile of the day out of her and of course, she agrees. he lets her vent about the bad first date and her general doubts around getting back into a relationship at her age, and reassures her that she really is a force to be reckoned with. that guy obviously couldn’t have handled her anyway, she’s such an amazing woman. anyone who would rather spend an evening talking about themselves than trying to get to know her is obviously a dumbass. and when lunch is over, it’s hey, i’ll walk you back to your office. no i’m not being silly, connie, let’s go, and he walks her back across the company floor because they were only in the break room together. he pulls out her desk chair for her and makes sure that she’s feeling a bit better before heading back to his own cubicle, rather pleased with the flush on her cheeks and with himself for putting it there.

Connie is older, she's more experienced. She was in love before, but is now divorced. It's unfortunate, but it happens. She wasn't prepared for these feelings that she has for BigHud so she allowed herself to love quietly and with more preservation. He's so much younger than her, after all. Connie isn't sure she should have these feelings. But as she and BigHud got closer, the more she wanted to protect it. Connie's love for BigHud was slow and steady. She allowed herself to grow into that love, saw how it shaped, how it evolved, and swore to to keep it safe.

BigHud, on the other hand, is much younger. He's probably fooled around a little bit, had a few casual flings, but nothing compared to Connie. When he realized he was falling in love it hit him like a freight train. It was so sudden and new, and it was so exciting. He had never felt this way about anyone before! This, this is love! He is so absolutely in love with Connie that he doesn't know what to do. But he's willing to put in the work for her, he's going to show her just how much she means to him. BigHud is so loud about his love for Connie. He wants her to see how much she means to him, that he can't help just how fast he's falling.

And when they're together something so beautiful and magical happens. The whole office can see just how wonderfully they balance each other out. Their love is so pure and so sweet. They understand one another, they move to the same beat. What they have is so special. They would do everything to keep what they have.

thinking abt connie and big hud specifically the fact that i've seen a lot of y'all wondering what type of car she has so i'm gonna throw my 2 cents in:

i think she has 2 cars and the one she uses regularly is like a little ford or a kia or something practical that she takes to work every day and that's the car that everyone sees in the car park at work and they're like yep. connie's here. her daughter is also insured on this car because it's a great first car for a like 17 year old to learn to drive on and it's just a cute little family car that they can both use.

now for the second car: when she was married to her rich as fuck husband he bought her an egregiously expensive sports car that she never uses. imagine like a ferrari or a lambo or. just something ridiculously eye wateringly expensive. the ex husband got it as an anniversary gift and bought it in her name so she got to keep it in the divorce. which she was very happy about because fuck you richard if you cheat on me with your secretary i think i'm Going to keep my car. so she has this beautiful car which stays in the garage most of the time and she only ever takes it out when she's feeling especially happy.

however. when connie invites big hud (certified Car Guy) to her house. she opens the garage and he sees this sexy stallion of a car sat there unused and obviously as a Car Guy he cannot accept this. so after a good amount of begging and whining and puppy eyes from his part she agrees to take it for a spin (she was always going to say yes she just likes hearing her baby beg) and so off they go around the streets of whatever the fuck town they live in.

and now her eyes are shining and her hair is whipping around in the wind (it's a convertible btw) and her laughter is loud and bubbly and floating and she is sososo beautiful. and big hud cannot take this and predictably becomes Extremely Horny seeing his gorgeous connie like this. so not long after he starts squirming in his seat and connie ofc notices and coos at him ("what's wrong baby?") and he almost busts a nut right then and begs her to "pull over please connie i need you pleaseplease"

so she pulls into an empty car park and he immediately starts begging, with literal tears in his eyes, to "please let me eat you out connie i'll do anything please i need you right now let me taste you please" and of course connie is hard pressed to say no to her baby boy so she reclines her seat back and he gets on his knees to worship this beautiful woman he has in front of him and he eats her out like a man starved and all the while she's telling him "my baby boy you're so good to mommy you're so perfect you treat me so well" and big hud with his astronomical praise kink shoots off right there and then just from getting told that he's doing a good job at pleasing his mommy.
