There has been an explosion of these beautiful insects these last few days. Hopefully they’ll stay to brighten the rest of our summer and distract us from the madness that is current affairs 😳😖
Fighting weeds is a lot nicer if u can appreciate them. Bind weed is a fukin nightmare to get rid of but u gotta admire it's speed, perseverance and heart leaves!
Fans probably know about the rather large amount of fan art involving Nero and Vlad, wondering why are they popular for some reason.

August 9th - Bind weed is everywhere at this time of year. With the almost pure white flowers and large leaves, this climbing plant is prodigious and often regarded as a nuisance.
That’s a shame really, as it’s another one of those plants that if it was rarer, it would be cherished. It attracts and feeds lots of bugs and bees, and is particularly beautiful.
I was fascinated in the way the one flower had been so selectively nibbled.
