wow this is a tough one for me because i feel like i have put myself through a lot of things. and i wasn't lying when i said that i always hope i'll look back at myself with fondness. don't get me wrong - you fucked up a lot of things for present me and you made a lot of bad decisions and burned a lot of bridges but you've always been so incredibly resilient and so strong so i guess i am really proud of you for that. and good on you for surrounding yourself with amazingly protective people - you have a support network now that has kept you alive for years and years and before you had any of that, you kept yourself alive, and honestly i don't know how you did it. sometimes i read my old diary entries and i honestly think i could have died any night, every night, but you kept kicking on even when the bottom kicked back and i think you are doing really well!! you had to grow up very fast in a very short amount of time and now you're sort of scrabbling for lost ground and trying to find your feet but you're doing okay. you're really doing okay.

Favorite character: It used to be Kurapika for ages but these days it’s a tie between Leorio and Alluka! I love all of the original four though.

Least Favorite character: Kuroro and most of the phantom troupe tbh

surprisingly I don’t actually ship Kirugon romantically like most of the fandom huh. There I got four, that’s more than I thought I’d think of.

A random thought: Everyone needs to stop misgendering Alluka and Kurapika. Alluka is a girl. Kurapika is a guy. Also stop hatin’ on Gon for everythin that happened in the Chimera Ants arc just cos ‘he was mean to Killua’. shh only dreams now.

An unpopular opinion: The Phantom Troupe fuckin suck and I hate them all

My canon OTP: Leokura (shhhhh too canon to not be canon)

Non-canon OTP: Allugon? Yes. Allugon.

Most badass character: Biske! Kurapika and Killua are pretty great too :)))

Pairing I am not a fan of: Kurapika/Kuroro nONONO GET OUTTA HERE

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): uuuum I’m not sure really. Sometimes I don’t like the way Kurapika was handled and how he’s all stoic and assholeish now but I don’t really think that’s Togashi “Screwing up”. I suppose he should have developed some of the more original characters during the Chimera Ants Arc rather then introducing all these new people that I had a very hard time caring about, but that’s just a personal opinion.

Favourite friendship: I would say Gon and Killua because that’s the obvious choice, but I also am actually REALLY REALLY FOND of Senritsu and Kurapika. I hope they’re still friends :(
