Been in Luleå during Christmas and got the chance to guest train at AGS. This is a variation of a leg drag I saw from Keenan. I love the fact that it uses small effective movements instead of bigger once. This is a great example of how you always should be flowing in jiujitsu, take what is given to you, not make it more complicated than it is. 🇸🇪👌💪 Moa denied my Williams guard, kept me too flat, so I changed side. I was trying to setup a kind of backward triangle while she contiuned to defend. After struggling for awhile I just noticed the isolated arm hanging there..boom!
