Welcome to the FP Support Team, Marilyse!
Let’s get to know Marilyse Mayerhofer. Not only is she a celebrity WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model, but this girl is the newest addition to our support team, as a Team Blessed Bodies Personal Trainer. Marilyse will be using her gifts on the front lines, training our clients and encouraging them through their fitness goals. We couldn’t think of a more perfect candidate for this role. Marilyse is an inspiring and accomplished individual -- just look at her competition history! She is also a warm-hearted soul who deeply cares about the success of others. We are thrilled to know that our clients are in such capable hands. Her kindness is infectious, and we love having her around. Congratulations Marilyse!
BB: When did you start working with Team Blessed Bodies and what inspired you to do so?
MM: Ever since I can remember, I have perused Fitness Magazines and aspired, in my heart, to be a Fitness Model. But it wasn’t until I had my first baby boy in Feb 2007 that I started taking the steps towards making my dream a reality.
BB: What is your favorite cheat food?
MM: I love red wine and sushi! Oh, and of course anything sweet.
BB: How often do you indulge?
MM: Once a week
BB: What is your favorite non-cheat food?
MM: I really love tilapia! Baked in the oven with a little bit of Bragg Soy Sauce and paired with broccoli or asparagus.
BB: What is your favorite go to menu for the day?
MM: Meal 1: oatmeal pancakes dipped in unsweetened applesauce
Meal 2: ground cauliflower, sautéed onions and peppers with a can of tuna
Meal 3: Apple or celery with peanut butter
Meal 4: fresh crunchy cold vegetables – my favorites are red, yellow and orange peppers
Meal 5: Baked tilapia with Brag Soy Sauce and steamed asparagus
BB: What do you love most about being part of Team Blessed Bodies?
MM: I love the team support. Everyone on this team brings a certain uniqueness. They bring powerful qualities -- together creating a contagious energy and a constant spark. They embody the real meaning of female empowerment.
BB: What do you love most about the Fitness Print plan?
MM: I love that the FitnessPrint plan is so user friendly! And I love the online support and Team Forum.
BB: What is your biggest challenge with the plan?
MM: I have not come across any big challenges with the plan. It is very user friendly.
BB: What is your greatest accomplishment while working with Team Blessed Bodies?
MM: My greatest accomplishment is having met my goals through a disciplined system, group support and organized planning through FitnessPrint.
BB: What are your current fitness goals?
MM: My current fitness goal for 2013 is to compete at the WBFF Pro World Championships in Las Vegas this August, and bring a whole new package than what they`ve seen me bring to their stage thus far. I am also focusing my vision on Fitness Modeling in hopes of having the opportunity and honour of gracing Oxygen Magazine.
