In response to your reblog about impactful fics, I wanted to share with you two of my favorites of your stories. Not only were you integral in getting me into Hitman, but you stories “I Prefer the Mafia” and “The Marks You Leave” are usually were I start back at when I go through my ‘I need to reread everything for Hitman again’ faze. Then I proceed to read all your other fics as well, but those two stand out to me and I love reading them over and over.

😭😭😭 that’s so sweet, wow! tbh out of all my khr fics, those two are not ones i would think people would especially like. i’m so glad you enjoyed them though!!

khr was such a fun fandom to be part of and even though i’m not active in it anymore, it still holds such a special place in my heart

Favourite Male Character: Gokudera Hayato!!! I love him with all my heart and he deserved better than the hand he was dealt.

Favourite Female Character: Dokuro Chrome! She’s a sweetheart, and I wish people would stop forgetting that she’s a guardian too, just as much as Mukuro is.

Least Favourite Character: Iemitsu. Shittiest fucking father of the year.

Favourite ship: I was never big into shipping in khr since I was mostly in it for the family fluff, but if I had to choose I’d say 2759.

Favourite Friendship: Can I just say the entire 10th gen? Though if we were to be more specific, Tsuna, Gokudera, and Yamamoto.

Favourite Quote: “My friends and family are my pride!” Sawada Tsunayoshi. I love how much he adores his guardians. Ahhh, I wish we could’ve seen how amazing they became once they took over the vongola!!!

Worst character death (if any): LAVINA’S DEATH. She loved her son so much, and because she died, Gokudera grew up uncared for and unloved, and that hurts me to my bone.

This made me so happy you have no idea Moment: Gio being the ultimate dad!!!!! “Go give that Mare kid a scare.”

Saddest moment: Tyl!Gokudera’s face when he comes to visit Tsuna’s coffin and comes face to face with tye!Tsuna instead. This is the face of a man who has lost everything he has ever loved, and it hurts my heart just to see it.

Favorite Location: Mafia Island! It’s such a hilarious concept lmao.

So, you have dragged me into the hell that is Spider-Man due to your excellent recommendation skills. However I've been thinking, a lot of docs and comics describe Peter as being tired all the time due to no sleep. I'm thinking it would be cool if he didn't have to sleep. Spiders don't sleep in the traditional sense, the more like rest with their eyes closed. It would be cool if Peter had that trait because he could go on longer superheroing!

YES. GOOD. Another victim!!!!

That’s actually a really cool headcanon though. I didn’t know that spiders don’t sleep the normal way! It does have a lot of really interesting potential for fics though.

Since Dad-Devil only works at night, it would mean Peter would have more of an opportunity to do team-ups with him and/or Deadpool (whenever he’s in town)

So I've been thinking about the retirement au a lot today (work has been slow...) and I was thinking. Yuuri strikes me as the kind of man not to talk about his accomplishments, but he will gush about his friends. Like, "My friend Phichit just won Gold at the Four Continents!" "Chris was so good at the European Championships!" "My unofficial son Yurio just won at Worlds!" things like that. I imagine him talking about these things, but like his friends don't know he really knows these (cont.)

(Cont.) people. Like they think the beautiful, untouchable, hot Yuri Katsuki-Nikiforov is just like a massive fanboy for figure skating (which, true he is, but he's also been known as Japan's Ace so...) and think it is just a cute little character quirk that makes him even more adorable. After all, his friends are not into skating so they have no idea who these people are. They do however know Yuuri is gay (or at least bi) because he regularly refers to this guy Viktor as his husband (apparently he's some big shot figure skater that Yuuri has the cutest little (massive) crush on, can you even believe how cute this guy is?). But Yuuri isn't really married because he would wear a ring on his left finger if he was, like come on. It all comes to a head like it does in your retirement au by Yuuri being recognized by fans, with some added hilarity of "I talk about my figure skating friends all the time?" 

"We thought you were just a really big fan!" 

"I talk about my husband all the time?" 

"Yeah and Jenny talks about her rock star "wife" all the time too!" 

"wait, you're not really married?" 

Bc of course Yuuri would not find it weird to be married to a rock star. He married Viktor Nikiforov after all. (fin.)

And completely and utterly plausible omg. Because that is literally exactly the kind of language we use here on tumblr XDD Even I call my favs as my sons or daughters, or how I call JJ as the king of my heart.

Wowow, okay, so the only plot hole in this au has been filled, we finally have a good explanation for why Yuuri’s friends don’t know he’s married!!! This is totally canon...in my headcanon XD

But then also can you imagine when his friends do finally find out that the person Yuuri has been calling his husband all this time is actually his husband, they insist on getting to meet him.

Except maybe that week Skate America is going on or whatever.

So all these famous skaters are in the US, and Otabek’s competing too. And Yura wants to spend some time with the bff, so Yuuri and Viktor decide to have a house party after the competition is over.

And Yuuri’s college friends are invited over.

And they get there, and they just kinda stare around at everyone like OAO

Because they’re all lowkey terrified and highkey intimidated because???? This party is basically a who’s who of the figure skating world??? Their little Yuuri knows and is comfortable with so many celebrities? Their little Yuuri IS a celebrity!!!!! This is more famous people than they’d ever thought they’d meet in one place!!!

But before the night is over, they’ve loosened up and gotten to know the skaters. Chris is probably missing his pants. Yuuri has a bottle or two of champagne in him (nevermind the fact that those two bottles probably cost more than any of his friends make in a month). And you know Phichit has told a very attentive crowd the full story of how Viktor and Yuuri met, in detail. Never mind the fact that Phichit wasn’t even at that banquet in the first place, and he himself had gotten the story, heavily embellished, from Chris.

Favorite Male Character: Natsume Takashi

He’s precious and beautiful and deserves all the love. He had such a sad childhood, and I’m so glad he has so many people now that adore him <3

Favorite Female Character: Natsume Reiko

Aka my GODDESS. Every flashback we see with her in it makes me so sad for her. I wonder if Natsume would have become like her if he’d never met the Fujiwaras? We still don’t know anything about how she died, and a part of me is hoping that maybe, just maybe, we’ll get a plot twist and find out that she became a youkai or something, and Natsume will finally be able to meet her.

Least Favorite Character: Matoba Seiji

I mean yeah, he makes things hella more interesting every time he shows up but like? He’s kinda an asshole??? I would definitely be super interested to learn more about him though. It seems like he does have potential to become something of an ally though, if he just kinda improves his character XD I mean, he hasn’t technically done anything evil...yet.

Favorite Ship: Shigeru and Touko <3

they have this sweet, quiet, calm kind of love. And I adore them, honestly. Their little aquarium date in s5 was adorable. And they’re the best foster parents ever and they love Natsume so much!!

Favorite Friendship: Natsume and Nyanko-sensei

Nyanko-sensei is literally the only person Natsume can be completely honest and unguarded with, and their friendship is just the sweetest thing on Earth. I love that Nyanko-sensei always pretends to not care about Natsume at all, but as soon as someone threatens him, he gets super super protective XD

Favorite Quote: “We know the flowers’ petals will fall someday, and yet still, we’re entranced by them.”

No you don’t understand, I cried actual tears when I heard that line. WHY would you end the season on that note!?!?!?!? I love this quote because it just shows how much the Middle Class youkai adore Natsume and it hurts me to think how they’ll feel when he does die.

To youkai, a human’s lifespan is over in the blink of an eye, and there’s something just something so tragic about Natsume worming his way into the hearts of all these youkai, saving them time and time again, only to destroy them in the most painful way possible as they watch him slowly age and wither away and disappear one day. How is Nyanko-sensei going to deal???

Worst Character Death (if any): Natsume Reiko.

There aren’t very many character deaths in this series, but this one in particular hurts me so much. We start off the series knowing she’s dead, and we don’t particularly care much because we don’t know her. But we learn about her, little by little, and she’s selfish and capricious and lonely. And I hope desperately that she was able to find something to make her happy before she died.

We’re told she died young, but how young? Did she ever get to hold her daughter? Did she ever get to know the pure, uncomplicated, irrevocable love of a child? Did she get to tell bedtime stories and give goodnight kisses and dream about seeing her daughter grow up into a beautiful, strong, confident young woman? Because God, I hope so.

This made me so happy you have no idea Moment:

BEST!!! FOSTER!!!! PARENTS!!!!! EVER!!!! Look how happy he is!! So precious!! They love him so much!!! And living with them, it’s the first time he’s ever had somewhere to belong so completely, since his father died when he was a young child. He finally gets to act his age, and he has a place that he’s happy to call home, he has people he loves to come home to.

Saddest Moment: When Natsume temporarily loses his “sight” and can’t see Nyanko-sensei, despite him being right there in the room with him.

This series has no shortage of sad moments, but this one completely broke my heart. It’s just heartbreaking and horribly lonely for the both of them. For Natsume, who finally found a friend who he didn’t have to hide anything from, who understood him and didn’t try to change him, and after all these months of having him as a constant companion...he is suddenly alone again. And it’s heartbreaking for Nyanko-sensei, who found this little boy he’s come to care for fiercely and become so protective of, and suddenly his precious boy can’t see him anymore, despite being so close they’re practically touching.

Favorite Location: Just...Natsume’s entire town. It’s so beautiful???

Oooh! Do Yuri on Ice!!! I mean, I know your fave character already I'm pretty sure (it's JJ style!) But I don't think I know a lot of the other stuff!

How I entered/learned about the said game/show/movie/etc of that fandom: All the people I was following suddenly got into it as soon as it started airing, and it was ALL OVER my dash. The opening especially, in those first few weeks. And after seeing so much praise for it and hearing about how gay it was, I decided to give it a try some time after the third episode aired, and I absolutely ADORED it. Although, the fandom was really really insufferable for those first few weeks because, if any of y’all were in the fandom at the time as well, you’ll remember everyone was going through the “Viktor is using Yuuri” and the “Viktor is dying” and “Viktor is so selfish and a horrible person” phases. I hated going in the yoi tag at the time :/ Thank god that stopped around episode…5 or so?

Fave character: JEAN-JACQUES LEROY.

There’s a reason I tag him as the king of my heart XD He’s so sweet and pure and he donates to charity and he adores his fiancée and his country and HE JUST WANTS FRIENDS LET MY BOY BE HAPPY.

Least fave character: Now that is definitely a tough one. All the characters in YOI are so awesome OAO Although in the end, I guess I’ll have to say Georgi. He was a real creeper, with the way he wouldn’t leave Anya alone even though she was clearly not interested in him. You could even see in all the “kissy photos” of them Georgi posted on instagram that she was very uncomfortable and unhappy in the relationship. And the part where he said that he would kiss her even if she didn’t want him to? Yikes.

OTP(s): Victuuri and Jeanbella are my top two :3

Though I also like seungchuchu, emimike, mirasara, otamila, leoguang, and, if I’m in the right mood for it and it’s written well, I’m down for phictuuri (though generally I prefer Phichit and Yuuri as platonic). I don’t particularly ship Otayuri, but if they’re aged way up and written really well, I can be okay with it.

Pairing that everyone likes but I don’t get: Pliroy and Victuurio are absolutely vile. Also, basically anything else that ships Yura with anyone older than JJ. I’m okay with otayuri and plinami if they’re aged up I guess, but I personally don’t really ship it.

Fave thing about the fandom: The fact that everyone agrees that Viktor is the most extra bitch ever and that he and Yuuri are disgustingly adorable and in love at all hours of the day. And the fact that Viktor literally thinks Yuuri is the greatest thing since sliced bread and is probably Confused at people who don’t agree.

The most despised thing: ALL THE JJ HATE. WHY IS EVERYONE SO MEAN TO HIM? He’s trying his best. Just leave him be.

If there is something I would change from said game/show/movie/etc., what would it be: I mean, I’m sure no one is surprised, but I would make it so that the other skaters weren’t so mean to JJ. The anxiety attack he had in episode 11, while absolutely heartwrenching, I feel was a necessary part of his character development, and a great parallel to Yuuri’s failure at the beginning of the series, so I would keep that in. But I think it would be nice to see the other skaters not ostracize him - to see them invite him to dinner in episode 10, or to see them comfort him after episode 11, or something.

I mean…they put up with Yura, and JJ isn’t half as bad, right? So why the double standards?
