i'm about to finish the project that i have been working on the last few years. i don't know what happens next. sometimes it feels like i'm floating and other times like i'm falling off a cliff

this morning i saw my first goslings of spring

a friend sent me his new book some months ago and for valid reasons i haven't read it yet. asking me about it would break the rules but knowing that that only makes my continued silence on the subject worse

some neighbor kids go door to door offering to take out your trash for a dollar but i have been paying them to draw monsters for me on old scraps of cardboard and they are fantastic
