Read WRONG. WRONG. WRONG. NOPE. from the story Can I Have My Body Back Please?! (...And Maybe My Heart?) by KittyCataly...
Look, body-swapping is already a pain in the ass.
Katsuki thought the worst part would be dealing with Izuku's stupidly breakable body. Izuku thought the worst part would be trying to not explode himself with Katsuki's quirk.
They were both wrong. Because apparently, the real problem is that being stuck in each other's skin means feeling each other's emotions. And Katsuki really doesn't need to know how much Izuku still cares about him. And Izuku definitely doesn't need to find out that Katsuki never stopped caring at all.
Now they're waking up tangled together, finishing each other's sentences, and-oh god-communicating telepathically. The class is terrified. Aizawa looks like he wants to quit. And the worst part? They only have two weeks before they switch back.
Two weeks to pretend this isn't happening. Two weeks to pretend they don't want each other. Two weeks before they go back to being just Katsuki and Izuku. (Or: A body swap quirk forces them to finally confront their ridiculous, soul-crushing love for each other. Chaos ensues.)
Notes: Hi, So this was actually a TikTok I saw where @marzspitsbars posted a TikTok about a bodyswap quirk mishap where Izuku in Katsuki's body felt Katsuki's heart racing because of his quirk and Katsuki and Izuku's body kept losing control of black whip and grabbing Izuku... and I just kinda rolled with that general idea and made into something of my own. If you're here from TikTok please enjoy, drop your @ in the comments and I'll follow you back haha. please leave a comment though lol.
Succubuskin Species Dysphoria Culture is not being comfortable in the body you’re in / not having your ideal body, in order to be confident enough to show it off, be proud of it, move and use it how you want.
It’s being so violently touch starched, yet you don’t feel comfortable enough in your own body to let someone touch you. It’s being so hungry, food and touch wise, that you just don’t wanna control yourself, but you have to. It’s not being able to gain energy from others, physically, especially if you’re an introvert and have social anxiety.
I want someone to feel and touch, but I’m not pretty enough.
My first experience with gender dysphoria - but I didnt know it.
When I was younger Id always play the males when we played pretend in primary school, if someone tried to make me play the female id get mad and uncomfortable for some reason.
When I got to highschool and we all discussed our favorite characters in films and tv series I noticed it was normal male characters, I somehow identified with them more - a million times so if they were in the lgbt community.
When I began making OCs I noticed non of them were the female gender, because whem I make an OC I want to put a piece of myself into each one, and im not female, it somehow makes me uncomfortable to have that.
Now when I play roleplaying games, wether that be D&D or video games like Skyrim, I cant play females, especially when Its a game where you really get into it like D&D. It actually makes me feel so dysphoric, why would I play as female when I can get as close to the male experience as I can?
Recently my doctor has been telling me that I’m overweight and I need to start to go to the gym. (I’m 5’5 and around 210)
All good there, it’s just one problem.
My dysphoria.
Being over weight kinda has made me look like an overweight boy because even though I bind, you can clearly tell that I have a chest. Being overweight is my comfort zone knowing that people will just look at me and be like “Well he’s just just a fat boy.”
But there’s also more pros of losing weight,
I won’t have so much attention brung to my thighs and hips.
I will be able to start to gain muscles.
I can find clothes in a size that fits.
Jeans will actually look good on me.
I will be able to be more active and healthy.
I will be able to get a shorter haircut and not have a double chin showing.
So yeah.... idk I just needed to post this because in July I will be going on vacation and I’m buying a new binder and everything and my goal is that I will lose atleast some weight by then...
Dysphoria is an ugly problem and so many people suffer with it. Including me. I suffer with body and gender dysphoria, and frankly it's worse than my depression, anxiety and agoraphobia combined.
I was recently told by my therapist to write down how my dysphoria affects me and where it stems from in order to understand them. So here I am – writing it out for others to look at in hopes that it helps them, or family and friends, to understand their dysphoria too.
As a warning, I will be talking open and honestly about genitalia and periods, so if you don't wanna read about that kinda thing – STOP RIGHT NOW. Okay, cool. Here we go.
So, I'm gonna start from the worst thing that triggers me. Periods. As a transgender male who's pre everything, periods are the absolute worst. Those close to me will know that I have been on mine for 4 months solid, no break, medium to heavy flow too. I've had blood tests done and been on medication, but still the doctors don't know what's going on with me, but we're still investigating it. Anyway, 4 months I've had to wear feminine underwear in order to hold a sanitary towel in. I wear boxers over the top to try and feel more masculine, but it only helps a little. Most recently, I had a massive dysphoric anxiety attack, and no word of a lie it took me over 12 hours to get over it. It happened because I leaked out of my pad overnight, woke up in a puddle of blood. It was everywhere. After I showered and changed my bedsheets, washed everything and hung it all outside to dry, I broke down. Why didn't I do it before I washed everything? Because I was embarrassed. Which was stupid because a) no one was there to see it, and b) it all washed out in the end. But I'd gotten blood everywhere, and the blood came from genitals that don't fit with my body.
E M B A R R A S S I N G.
Not only is that a problem, but the cost of sanitary products is absolutely stupid. I go through a lot, as you can imagine, and I'm on a very limited budget as it is. Plus actually BUYING them is a nightmare. I know I don't pass but in my head and heart, I'm a guy, so buying something that's labelled incredibly feminine and directed at women is horrible and it genuinely breaks my heart.
That's periods covered, and honestly more than I was going to write about them. So, that brings me on to my next subject. My voice. I have a high, pitchy and sometimes squeaky voice. Some days I feel like I could pass, but then I have to talk. I sound like a twelve year old girl. I have tried to do voice exercises that can help deepen my voice but for some reason they don't seem to have any effect. I'm hoping that I can get voice coaching from the GIC when I eventually get my appointments through. And I know testosterone will deepen it somewhat but as I stated before, I'm pre everything.
Next up: my body shape. Sooooo, I'm on the blood sugar diet. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic a little over three months ago and I was given a choice: Diet and lose weight, or stay the same and risk getting type 2 diabetes and all the complications that come with it. My doctor was honest with me, laid everything out and I decided that it was time to change. So far, I have lost just over two stone and with that came a slightly new body shape. And that body shape is incredibly feminine. I have wide hips and big boobs. This is a recently new dysphoria trigger and honestly, I'm still struggling to cope with it. I opt for night-time showers so I can have the light off. I don't necessarily hate my boobs, but I don't like touching them or them being touched or them being out and being seen, etc. I also cannot bind. I'm still too big for a binder from GC2B, plus I can't afford one from there anyway. And it really hurts me to bind with sports tops (bras), and wearing them just aggravates my breast dysphoria more. And with constant periods which give me severe cramps and make my boobs ache, binding is painful. The only time I'm completely topless is when I go to sleep but only if its a really hot night. As for my hips and the rest of my body shape, I cover myself up with baggy tshirts, sweatpants and “lounge” shorts. I feel like that's all I can do and it's definitely not enough.
So far, these are my main biggest triggers. Maybe I'm luckier than others, and my heart goes out to those who have more because it hurts to deal with it. I actually feel isolated to be honest. Agoraphobia prevents me from going out and anxiety prevents me from reaching out, but I'm learning to suck it up, in preparation for appointments and surgery.
Anyway, I'm going to wrap this up. My inbox is always open if you need to talk, I'm a pretty good listener and I have my own advice. I will also take advice from people. Especially trans men who have similar triggers to me because I'd like to know of other ways to cope.
If you read ALL of this, then oh my god you deserve an award cause honestly this is just my crazy life ramblings and I feel unimportant to warrant that amount of attention. So thanks!
Remember to always take care of yourself, respect yourselves and do what makes you happy. I love each and every one of you.
1. CANT FUCKING WEAR BINDERS
2. That horrible body dysphoria when I feel more masculine
3. Fuck button down shirts. Just fuck them.
4. SUSPENDERS WHY I TRUSTED YOU
I think this is a very big thing for me to realise, and its only a recent realisation. I feel like I get a lot of voices asking about how I could go through all my formative years being fine wearing dresses, having my chest visable, wearing makeup and so on.. basically looking 'feminine' (what ever that means) without having an issue with it, but now in recent years it makes me dysphoric. When I was a teen I loved dressing up, wearing dresses, I thought it was sexy and that I looked good. But, and this is a big one, it wasnt me. I looked in the mirror and saw a sexy female, not to sound big headed, BUT, that wasnt me, I was looking at what might as well of been a picture of a women on the wall. I saw someone else, and thought they looked good - as more people told me I looked sexy or nice, id want to do that more for other people. But it wasnt me, it never was. Eventually I realised this, so I started to dress differently, I wore a binder and 'masculine' clothing, looking in the mirror, I cried. I actually cried, because thats me - right there. Yes theres some things that stuck out as not me, but I cant change those things just yet, but one day it'll be me to the fullest in that mirror, and itll be amazing.
