An AU of what could have happened after the fight in Season 2 Episode 5.
2. Worthless Pride
3. Midnight Belonged To Miracles
4. This Version of Me
5. Crowd Full Of Strangers
Personal Notes: Warning guys, if you read this series go through the tags. Seriously, GO THROUGH THE TAGS. Some of the stuff may be triggering.
The series has 5 works, out of which 4 are completed. I’ve put the description for the first work. It’s also the starting point. If you read it out of order you’ll not understand anything.
Seriousness aside, this series is one of the best I’ve ever read. Give it a try!
Haikyuu at Hogwarts by Killthespare
Pretty much as the title suggests: a Hogwarts!AU with Haikyuu. It's planned as a seven book series so definitely a longer series. This first few can be read out of order with only minor confusion (about as easily as the first few Harry Potter books can) but there is an overall series plot in addition to the individual plots of each story. As of the fourth book, the previous third story should really be read before the fourth or later books.
So far, the stories in order:
1.) Shouyou Hinata and the Mirror of Erised (complete)
2.) Koushi Sugawara and the Heir of Slytherin (complete)
3.) Yu Nishinoya and the Shrieking Shack (complete)
4.) Tooru Oikawa and the Triwizard Tournament (in progress)
Personal Notes: It’s great!
All in the Cards by Killthespare
The Card Kingdoms Stand United.
...of course, this would be a lot easier if Hearts had their King. It's too bad that Oikawa Tooru emphatically does not want the job. Meanwhile, the threat of war looms on the horizon and Hinata Shouyou just uncovered a plot that could rock the entire kingdom to the core.
Personal Notes: Not yet completed, but it’s great!
Wingbeats by All_My_Characters_Are_Dead
Here there be dragons (and dragon riders).
Follow two flocks of trainee riders and their dragon partners as they work through their year of preparation before they take the final test that will allow them to become fully fledged riders.
Each flock has two leader pairs, two intermediate pairs, and five trainee pairs. What could possibly go wrong?
Personal Notes: It’s not completed, but you’ll still have fun!
Memento Mori by All_My_Characters_Are_Dead
Remember that you must die.
But also remember that there are fates worse than death.
In the four Courts of the Fae, trouble is brewing. Members of every Court will be face death and destruction before peace can settle over the Courts.
Personal Notes: Read Glamour first! And go through the tags.
Being Human by shions_heart
Set in an alternate world of magic, witches, and demons, our volleyball sons learn about life, love, and what it means to be human.
Personal Notes: I reread the entire series twice!! It’s amazing!
Shopping Mall Shenanigans by Deathbelle
1. Tacky Shoes and Movie Tickets
Akaashi deals with a lot of stupid people.
He isn't yet certain if Bokuto falls into that category.
In which Akaashi is the manager of a movie theater, Bokuto is the new hire at the shoe store downstairs, and the two of them get along much better than Akaashi could have anticipated.
2. Call Security!
Oikawa Tooru is attractive, charming, and irresistible.
He thinks so, anyway, until he meets the mall's new security guard.
In which Oikawa has a crush, Iwaizumi has no interest, and a chain of shoplifting incidents brings them together.
Personal Notes: The series is not marked completed, but the stories here are!
Robin Hood AU by Stacysmash
Personal Notes: It’s a - you guessed it, a Robin Hood AU. It features KuroDai as the main pairing, but includes lots of ships with great exposure.
All’s Fair in Love and Bentos by sopenation
Semi is just concerned about his kouhai, that’s all.
Or, Semi makes bento for Shirabu everyday once he learns about his terrible eating habits.
(Feat. Shirabu gay panicking because of it)
—
When Shirabu thinks of love, he imagines ash blonde hair and bentos.
Personal Notes: The second part features Semi’s POV!! Check out the author’s other works!
Two tropes and a ship! Ha. Sucker. HAVE THEM ALL. Criminal AU/Detective AU + KamaFuta. Wedding AU/Survival/Wilderness AU + KuroDai. The Big Damn Kiss/Awful First Meeting + OiSuga. Bed Sharing/"It's Not You, It's My Enemies" + BokuSemi. Huddling for Warmth/Magical Accidents + EnnoTana.
cracks knuckles I accept the challenge
Let’s begin!
Kamafuta!
Kama has close eyes on him for yelling at his boss for a bad call while they were running down a thief; the boss made a decision that made them lose the thief and Kama is pissed. Moniwa is like his manager (I’ll have to research the positions when I write it hahaha) and takes him and Sasaya on a mission to find a infamous, rising thief who’s been robbing high end jewelry stores.
And guess who’s the thief? ;)
Obviously it’s Aone.
Kidding
Nah, but he’ll be involved someway that you’ll have to read it to find out how!
~~
Kurodai: “You got us lost on our wedding day, Tetsurou.”
“I did not-”
“I should’ve listened to Suga when he said not to see you until the ceremony. Actually, I doubt I would’ve seen you because you’d be lost all by yourself!”
“Damn, babe.”
But Daichi actually isn’t mad, only a tad annoyed, and Kuroo makes it up to him.
And somehow the ceremony goes off not too late.
~~
Oisuga:
Suga is leaving a cafe right as Oikawa is entering. Lots of people are going through the doorway and Suga tries to squeeze past, only to bump into someone. He doesn’t drop his order, but he gets a big mouthful of teeth.
“Normally I kiss after we exchange names,” the sugary sweet voice says and Suga goes wide-eyed after seeing the handsome stranger.
At least he didn’t spill his drink all over him, too.
~~
Bokusemi:
I haven’t thought of this ship before, but I adore it.
“Koutarou, why are you fidgeting so much?” Semi knows Bokuto can be restless before they fall asleep, but something seems to be bugging him. “Did I do something to bother you?
Bokuto sighs. “Eita, it’s not you.”
“What is it, then?”
“It’s not you, it’s my enemies.”
Semi blinks. He’s about to ask what’s happening, ready to tackle any of Bokuto’s insecurities or fears, like the good boyfriend he is.
“I don’t understand how Kuroo can so freely say Litten is better than Rowlet,” Bokuto says, eyes as sad as his tone.
Semi blinks again. “You’re-you’re upset because of Pokemon?” He runs a hand through his hair. Before Bokuto gets insecure about his response, he quickly adds, “Babe, clearly Rowlet is superior and Kuroo is too stubborn to admit it.”
“You think so?”
“Yeah.” Semi reaches over to hand over the Rowlet plushie he gave Bokuto a while ago. “Now let’s sleep and you can be the bigger man by letting Kuroo have his ego.”
They cuddle as they fall asleep, the Rowlet plushie between them.
~~
Ennotana, magical au where people give off (harmless) colorful sparks based on their emotions:
During a winter training camp, the heater system broke and it won’t be fixed until morning. Everyone cuddles for bed, Ennoshita and Tanaka cuddled together. They’re both blushing and suddenly Tanaka lets out these bright, warm orange sparks. That’s the sparks he gives off when he’s happy. He stutters, about to apologize and confess and run all at the same time when Ennoshita gives him a soft smile, modest pink sparks flashing to show he feels the same way.

Thanks for the request!!! These were really fun!!!
Hi!! I did say it before but my favorite is also "Kuroo Tetsurou and his Merry Band of Cats" it just... it made me have a lot of feelings. Also the sequel, koyo and daichi were so cute!! Also "Across Time and Space" it totally surprised me when Kuroo went back to the future and found out he was Sawamura's bodyguard. I did not expect that xD Ahh and you also are the reason why i ship bokusemi. I never thought about it but well... Your fics happened 😂
Awww thank you so much! I had a lot of feelings writing it, lol. Gosh, even talking about it puts me in the mood to reread it. Koyo!! I just love Kurodai becoming cute Daddies. I want to write more!
Oh, I’m so glad that caught you off-guard, I think it’s more fun that way ;) Ha ha ha
Yay BokuSemi!! Probably the most accidental side pairing I ever did XD And then I got hooked!
Thank you so much for sending this in! I always appreciate your feedback, and your comments give me life <3 Fic Reader Prompt
In the middle of thinking up some ideas for an IwaAka side OiHina fic... anyone interested? :) I’m constantly in a state of trying to think up ideas and figure out what I actually want to post—if ever—and I think I feel good about this one...
Are you still needing prompts? What about Phoenix + Bokuto/Semi ;)
Hope you like this!
AO3Semi laid in the magicked netting. An electric pulse ran through it, verging on pain but more importantly it disrupted Semi’s own magic. He couldn’t burn through the trap, could only wait for the hunters who set it. It had been two days already and Semi worried they would never come. That it was a long forgotten trap.
Death wouldn’t be an escape for Semi.
Semi was a phoenix. He died, burned, and was reborn. He would be reborn in that trap. Over and over again. An eternity of slowly starving to death.
The bushes rustled and Semi stiffened automatically. There were many uses for pieces of a phoenix on the black market. He would make an endless supply of parts to sell.
A large figure walked through the bushes, most notable was his height and broad shoulders along with his multihued hair. He actually seemed broad all over and the large sword strapped to his back pointed to soldier, or more likely a mercenary. Semi felt no relief at that thought. A mercenary lived for the coins in his purse and nothing else.
“I told you there was something over here Akaashi!” The voice was booming, scaring Semi into stillness as the mercenary made his way closer.
Two more men appeared from the bushes, both tall and by their dress and weapons, also mercenaries. The shortest of the three had a pinched look on his face until the other one reached over to entangle their fingers together.
“Be careful Bokuto.” The pretty one said, making no move to assist or stop the one coming to closer to Semi, Bokuto.
“Hello there, please don’t bite me though I understand if you do, I have been caught in many nets myself so I know how unpleasant it is.” Bokuto sounded as if were trying to speak quietly, smooth out his tone but his voice simply only had one volume and that was loud.
“That’s not something to be proud of.” The pretty one sighed as he leaned into his taller companion.
“My name is Bokuto and those two behind me are Akaashi and Washio.” Bokuto explained as he crouched down next to Semi. “It’s magicked.” Bokuto frowned deeply as he eyed the netting. Semi’s heart beat erratically in his chest, not sure what was to happen next. Instinct and experience told him never to trust strangers, but there was a kindess to Bokuto’s face that Semi hadn’t seen in a long while. When was the last time anyone had been concerned over his well being?
“Detestable hunters.” The big serious looking one, Washio, said.
“Bokuto don’t-” Akaashi tried but Bokuto was already grabbing the netting and pulling it apart with a grunt of effort. Semi smelled burning flesh before the pulsing magic suddenly stopped, leaving him shocked but only for a moment.
Semi spread his poor abused wings and flew upwards, making Bokuto fall over in surprise. Semi flew onto a high branch with less grace than he usually had but mostly he was just happy to not be stuck on the ground any longer.
“Your hands.” Akaashi said with disapproval, walking over as he pulled a jar out of his satchel.
“You rescued a phoenix.” Washio stated, looking up at Semi as Akaashi put healing ointment on Bokuto’s hands.
“He’s pretty, isn’t he?” Bokuto grinned as he looked up at Semi also. Semi was glad he was in his avian form so no one could see him blush.
“Let’s go, it’s still a two day walk to home.” Akaashi said after wrapping Bokuto’s hand with quick efficiency. “And no you cannot keep him Bokuto, I’m sure his own family misses him. No more side questions.” Akaashi stated firmly as he pulled Bokuto up then began prodding him to move forward.
Semi’s heart felt heavy because he didn’t have a family. He didn’t have anyone to rescue him from traps or to tease about getting caught up in them. He didn’t have anyone who would miss him if he didn’t come home, he didn’t even have a home to go back to.
Semi turned his head, watching Bokuto and his companions walk off into the forest. Their laughter and chatter fading slowly, leaving Semi feeling empty inside as he remembered the concern shown to him from brown-gold eyes.
With a deep breath Semi flew down, guiding himself through the trees before landing silently on Bokuto’s shoulder, making sure not to grip too tightly with his talons least he cut through his travelling cloak. Bokuto let out a surprised noise before looking at Akaashi with wide eyes.
Akaashi sighed deeply.
“Give him some of your dried meat, he’s probably hungry.” Washio advised.
Semi felt less empty as Bokuto happily fed him some of Akaashi’s dried meat, he had ate all his own and Washio flatly told him that Bokuto had already scavenged Washio’s own supply.
Hi! I wanna ask too!!! For "Kuroo Tetsurou and his Merry Band of Cats", What's your favourite line of dialogue?
Oh my gosh, bless you Devi-chan for asking about my baby, KTMBC, ha ha ha. I’ve written so many stories since them but it’s still my favorite.Ahhh favorite piece of dialogue. This was really hard, because there are a lot of fun dynamics between a lot of the characters and couples. I even had to reread a bit just to remember things specifically. If I had to choose, it would be in chapter 12 when Semi chased the Nohebi knights out of Bokuto’s tavern, and this bit of dialogue began:“Damn, Semi, swearing from a gentlemanly knight? This is a public place you know. What would our good King say if he knew?”Semi snorted, and felt a bit of his stress melt away. He smirked back at Bokuto and said in a mock stern tone, “That’s Sir Semi, Bokuto.” He clapped the other man’s shoulder as Bokuto huffed out a laugh.
It’s not particularly special or witty in any way, but the relationship between Bokuto and Semi as it developed was just as much a surprise to me as it was to the readers, ha ha ha. It’s what started my favorite rare pair (not counting kurodai of course), and it was probably around this dialogue that I was certain I wanted to make the pair happen in the story.
Thanks again for asking!! If anyone else has a question about one of my stories don’t be afraid to send me an ask! :)
“Gryffindor!” The hat called out from above Semi Eita’s head. The Gryffindor table erupted in cheers, and Semi hurriedly slid off the chair and scampered toward them. His upperclassman greeted him with friendly smiles and pats on the back, which eased his nervousness slightly. He didn’t know many children already attending Hogwarts, but he did have a couple friends he knew through his parents and hoped they would be sorted into his house as well.
They weren’t, and he watched with a heavy heart as Ushijima and Tendou were both sorted into Ravenclaw. He remained quiet while the Great Hall flourished with activity and chatter as everyone began to feast. Even though the Sorting Hat was rumored to never be wrong about its placement, it was difficult for him to see why he was put there amongst the rowdiest group in the Hall.
“Hey, are you okay?” A loud voice said next to him, and he turned to see one of the other first years gazing at him, his golden eyes blazing in the candlelight floating above their heads.
“Yeah, I’m just surprised I’m in Gryffindor.”
“Why?”
“I’m not really… loud?”
The boy burst out laughing and flicked some of his messy black hair off his forehead.
“Being loud isn’t what makes a Gryffindor a Gryffindor! Though sometimes we just end up that way. It’s what’s in here!” He poked a finger at Semi’s chest, a little harder than he needed to, and Semi winced.
“You mean, like blood, bones and organs?”
The boy laughed again.
“You’re funny. What’s your name?”
“Semi Eita.”
“I’m Bokuto Koutarou! And no, I wasn’t talking about that stuff. I mean your heart! Well, I guess that’s an organ, but I mean more, uh… what’s it called?”
“Metaphorically?”
“Yes! Metamorphically!”
Semi was about to correct him, but decided it wasn’t worth it.
“So, what does it have to do with my heart?”
“Gryffindors are brave, and fight for justice! The Sorting Hat saw that inside you, even if you don’t feel like it right now. It’s all about guts!”
“I thought it was about my heart?”
Bokuto blinked and looked confused, and Semi tried hard not to laugh.
“Maybe it’s both? Yes! That’s it. Anyways, even if you’re not noisy, I’m glad you’re here.”
A beaming smile erupted on his face, and Semi felt all the nervousness melt away as he basked in the warmth pouring from his new friend.
