During this pandemic, I've been trying to flex and work out my artistic muscles while at home. I've participated in 2 #sixfanartchallenges and this is the collection of the work from my second set. . . . I knew I wanted to get everyone reacting as if they were posing for a groupshot selfie. Its not collectively as successful as I had hoped, but it helped me strengthen my resolve with drawing art traditionally. I have a few #sketchcovers that have wanted to work on, one from the Hannah Barbara Universe and one where Batman and the Ninja Turtles meet. This piece will help me knock those out. . . Lastly, and the reason why I did this work traditionally was that I wanted to auction them off for the Book Industry Charitable Foundation to help comic stores get some financial assistance during this economic hardship they are enduring. I didnt sell them all, but I sold 2, the Panthro and the Popeye, earning $150 for the Foundation! I am happy to have been able to earn some money for them and hope to be able to do this again for other people and situations. It makes me believe I may be able to earn some money to help 🇵🇷 Puerto Rico, and that has me excited! . . .
