Who is Will Harper? Did they split Roy’s character into two different people?

3 actually. Jim, Will, and Roy. Essentially in Young Justice, Lex Luthor captures the real Roy Harper and cuts off his right arm to clone him and then puts him into a coma. Then he releases Will (one of the clones, who thinks he is Roy) back to Ollie and Will lives as Speedy fully unaware he is a clone. Jim also exists. It is weird and confusing and it technically makes Will the father of Lian and friends with all of the sidekicks as Roy was not present for any of that. It did lead to the best episode of YJ though which I have a poster of...
