i think we can all agree that chriseva was endgame. despite what the show gave us or didnt, they didn’t build up chris and eva’s relationship to throw it away in the last few minutes rather than let them end up together like it should’ve been. petition to, from this day on, pretend that last bit never happened and chriseva is happy out there somewhere, because we all know they are our endgame

Isak, a fic writer in the Minute by Minute fandom, had the world’s biggest crush on the fandom’s biggest name.The fandomception AU, in which two boys fall in love over Discourse, gifsets, and increasingly dirty hashtags.

This is an AU where Isak and Even are fans of a TV show with quite a few similarities to Skam (and nods to the Skam fandom), and it’s an engaging, realistic and fascinating portrait of how fandom works in 2017 as well as a story about a budding romance. Beautifully paced and developed, it’s a great read all the way. Note that it’s rated mature, and there’s brief Isak/Julian Dahl.

In which Snakesak plays Big Brother.

This AU had us at ‘Snakesak’, and takes that tag to a whole new level. We’re transfixed by the mix of Big Brother gameplay, manipulation and constantly changing alliances and the genuine interactions between Even and Isak, and we love how this fic feels really fresh while still giving nods to canon and staying in character. This is tagged ‘messy relationships abound’ and we’re totally here for it.

I stedet for en epilog til “Vi trenger ikke verden”, får du en liten oppfølger.

The sequel to the lovely Vi trenger ikke verden (our rec), this is about Isak’s and Even’s moving in party, from Even’s POV. Clipped and slangy SKAM script-esque precise language is a delight in this as in the author’s first fic, so if you can read Norwegian you’re once more in for a treat, even though this may feel a little less well thought out.

It’s not rated by the author, but I’d say it’s teen and up for not particularly explicit mentions of violence and sex.

Wrong number story that works well, coffee shop AU, Norwegian fic that flows like the show itself with beautiful interaction between the characters, hilarious turns of phrases and the clipped slang-y language of SKAM; this is a fic that hits pretty much all my buttons. The ending is perhaps a little abrupt, but if you can read Norwegian, don’t miss out on this.

It’s not rated by the author, but I’d say it’s teen and up for non-explicit mentions of sex.

Yes, we know we’re an Evak library. This is Chris/Eva. Sorry not sorry.

I literally don’t know how I got to this fic, because I’ve never read anything else in this pairing, but I’m glad I did. The characters are so realistic and believable, and this fic managed to make me like Chris Schistad a LOT without being out of character. It’s very well-written, and just the perfect length, not to mention not at all angsty and guaranteed to make you smile. I’d recommend checking this out even if you don’t ship it–it’s a harmless, sweet little gem of a find.
