Breakfasttale Toriel:
Introduction: Our favorite goat mama Toriel in a new Cinnamon Breakfast Cake form.
Her design is fairly similar to her original counterpart, with some additions of course. she has cinnamon dust and sugar on top of her head, shoulders, and forearms, along with horns that resemble cinnamon sticks, and brown eyes.
Routes: On a genocide route, she will be the first main NPC that Frisk kills; on dying, she turns into plate of Cinnamon Breakfast Cake. When consumed during battle, the cake would give Frisk a "Mother's Protection" effect over their soul, slicing the amount of damage they take during battle in half, and adding 20 HP to their health bar. This status effect lasts for six turns or until Frisk dies, though the additional HP lasts until it is lost during battle or, of course, until Frisk dies. All status effects wear off at the end of battle.
On a pacifist route, she behaves as normal. Encouraging Frisk to not leave the ruins, and tearfully allowing them to leave when she realizes that Frisk won't give up. Before hand though, she will introduce Frisk to a slice of bread 'dummy,' (which was to be used as toast, but now instead used for learning), and urges Frisk to talk to it. In doing so, the slice of bread will fall over in social fear, and Toriel will move Frisk on to the next room. When she leaves Frisk alone to wait, she will bake a breakfast cake for them; calling them up to ask if they prefer cinnamon or butterscotch, and then when Frisk arrives at her home, she will leave a butterscotch cinnamon breakfast cake on the floor for when Frisk wakes up from their nap.
Wrap up: Just as caring, though a little bit more cinnamon smelling, Toriel still cares for Frisk and their safety, even after they kill her... anyways, Cinnamon or Butterscotch?
