Sunday❤ After a beautiful walk i started todays #workout with 30min on the cardio, followed by 50x with 25kg on the #breastpress, 50x with 40kg ib the #lowrow, 50x with 30kg on the #pulley, 40x with 20kg on the #shoulderpress (ouch!), 50x with 60kg on the #legpress, 50x each on all 4 sides with 20kg on the #multihip, finished by a 5min cool off walk with 5km/h on the #treadmill #Sports #Fitness #getfit #fatburner #feelyourself #snapfitness #lovesports #feelingood @snapfitness (at Snap Fitness Spring Hill)
