⚠️“So how do you stay lean & in shape all the time? What is your secret?… It must be easy for you as you are a coach…”⚠️ . One of FAQ I still receive from people. The truth is I DON’T stay in shape… at least that is not my goal any more… My “aim” is to FEEL GOOD INSIDE & the rest (the outside) follows. HOW?👇🏻 I listen to my Body & “act” accordingly when it comes to Nutrition (what to eat?), Movement (training, intensity, variety, etc.) + Mindset (what I consume from the external world + creating healthy habits and behavior patterns that serves me on the “long run”.) 💭 I used to be obsessed with the fact that I have to be perfect & always look perfect because people might judge me on the gym floor when I worked as a Personal Trainer.
