For the sentence prompt game! Buddie, “Where does it hurt?”

i did try to write something a little more serious lol but i could not get that to work so. a little doctor patient roleplay it is <3 (i also couldn't keep this one to just five sentences so 🤭 enjoy a little extra)

"It hurts here," Buck murmurs breathily, curling his fingers around Eddie's wrist to draw his hand up to his mouth, fingers catching against his lower lip, dragging it down, smearing a trail of spit over his chin.

"Anywhere else?" Eddie rasps, enraptured, and shifts over Buck's thighs, bending forward to get closer, close enough that the end of his stethoscope brushes against Buck's bare sternum.

"And here," Buck adds around a shiver, fitting Eddie's palm to the curve of his pec, using his grip to nudge Eddie's thumb over the tight nub of his nipple. The blue nitrile of Eddie's gloved up hand is stark against the flush of his chest, and the feel of the rubber against something so sensitive makes Buck's gut stir.

"S'that all?"

"Mm no," Buck shakes his head, biting his lip as he pushes Eddie's hand even further down, over his abdomen, past the soft curve of his belly, until he can cover Eddie's big hand fully over the front of his briefs, pressing down so he can feel where it aches the most. "Here too," Buck exhales, and looking up at Eddie through his lashes, asks coyly, "you think you can help with that, doc?"

thanks for sending a prompt in! i tried to make very lengthy sentences to only write five technically but then i stopped caring about the number

Buck shuts his locker, turning to face Chimney’s question. “What is what?” He asks in answer; he hasn’t noticed anything new, or otherwise out of the ordinary, in the locker room. 

Chimney shuts his own locker. “That shirt.” 

Buck frowns. “What’s wrong with my shirt?” It’s a regular LAFD shirt, with the insignia on the left breast. He lifts his arms, checking to make sure there isn’t a split seam in the armpits again-- he just got around to repairing the last one.

Chimney snickers. “Well, that’s the problem. It’s not your shirt.”

Hiiii sorry this took so long.

All from Buck.

Eddie jolts upright and immediately groans, the movement making his head pound. Tequila used to be his friend, but right now he feels betrayed. What happened last night?

He scrolls through his messages only to find that most of them are also from Buck, the most recent one reading, Eddie. Call me.

Fairy tale au + green eyed epiphany + whatever ship sparks joy 🎉

Fairy tale and green eyed epiphany always makes me think immediately of a true love’s kiss fake out, you know?

I think I’d do Tim, Steph, and Cass and have it be something between a Cinderella and Snow White kind of AU.

Bruce Wayne, king of the questionable land of Gotham, has simply many children who are all coming up on marriageable age. So it’s time, as society dictates, to host a ball for his son Tim to meet eligible bachelorettes. Technically, Cass should’ve already had one, but Cass has been relatively clear that she doesn’t have any interest in marrying and Bruce would burn Gotham down before forcing anyone who didn’t want to into that situation.

Enter Stephanie Brown, Gotham local daughter of a low-grade evil sorcerer. She just wants an excuse to get dressed up and have a nice night, and Prince Tim is stupid cute, so it’s not like its a hardship to get dressed up and go flirt with a real life prince for an evening.

And they hit it off, they do, but there are a lot of other eligible young women who need a chance to meet the prince and so Steph gives him space and finds herself spending most of the ball hanging out with Gotham’s one and only princess instead. As well as Steph and Tim got along, Steph and Cass get along even better.

But, you know, it’s a fairy tale kingdom and that’s not how that’s meant to go, so Tim and Steph keep seeing each other and they like each other really a whole lot, just not… quite romantically. And they have a great time hanging out with Cass especially and all three of them get very close.

Of course, Steph’s dad being a low grade evil sorcerer does eventually get Steph cursed, which is devastating for both Tim and Cass. Tim’s got to go on a quest to try and save her, and Cass goes with him because Steph is her best friend, and definitely not at all because she wants to be the one to save her.

They find her, they beat the dragon (or whatever it is), but when Tim tries to wake her up from the curse, it… doesn’t work. Which Tim had been at least a little expecting to happen, but he hadn’t had any way to articulate that really. But, fortunately, when Cass tries the same thing, Steph wakes up.

For the sentence prompt! Buddie, “Why do you have a baby?”

Twin pairs of brown eyes meet Buck's and his heart skips a beat in his chest—the baby situated on Eddie's lap can't be older than a year—he tries to do the math in his head but—there's no way— "Buck—" Eddie's lips curl into a toothy grin, cutting through Buck's thought spiral with ease, "meet Bella." The baby—Bella—blinks up at Buck and he can't help but mimic her, gaze flickering between her and Eddie. Eddie laughs—no doubt at the dumb expression undoubtedly plastered across Buck's face, "Liliana decided to surprise Tia Pepa with an impromptu visit. I offered to watch Bella so they could go out for lunch to catch up."

🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction?

there's two answers to this one lol. the first is that at the tender age of six I did not understand intellectual property and saw no reason why I SHOULDN'T write my little stories to be about Aladdin and Jasmine. the second is that in middle school I spent a lot of time reading doctor who fanfiction and thought Hey I like to write, I should write one of these. so I did. and it's lost media now 😔

🕯️ ⇢ on a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you enjoy editing? why is that?

like 4 or 6 maybe? I haaaate reading back anything that I've written but it does feel pretty cool to like. make it better y'know? altho sometimes you change things and realize later you just made it worse so like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I never learned how to edit properly and it shows
