I love that I can chart each phase of my workout by my heart rate. First is the cardio/conditioning. The valley is stretching. Then each of the next little peaks are the 6 bag rounds followed by a speed round and then the last little peak is partner drills.
Also got home and husband was verrrrry impressed by my sit-ups. I can do them better/faster than he can (and he weighs a lot less than me), but he can do full push ups and burpees while I cannot.
