Alright, not sure if there's anyone could see this post, but I need to shout it out loud I HAVE NEVER FELT LARA HAS GAY VIBE THROUGH THE REBOOT.

Don't take me wrong, I would totally vote for the idea that Lara's homosexual, but seriously I have failed to detect any romantic tension between Sam and Lara (in the first reboot game, bc I haven't read any TB comics).

Lara was guilty for dragging her crew into the nightmarish experience, and that's why she would strain every nerve to get them back, with Sam, her best friend, being one of the rescue goals. If it was Roth, Jonah, Reyes, or even Alex the one Mathias took, would she do the same? She would not even blink. Furthermore, sexuality has never an pivotal item on the agenda, bc the trilogy could develop well without revolving around her romantic relationship with anybody.

Honestly I am still baffled by some people crazy about Sam×Lara... All I can remember about this girl is she kept being kidnapped, screaming for help, and waiting for someone else to her rescue. She didn't (or couldn't) fight alongside with Lara, which reminds me of female protagonists in those old-fashioned male-lead action movies, I mean, helpless damsel in distress. Why would people ship the capable-of-anything Lara with our poor should-be-protected-in-greenhouse Sam? I ship wondercroft, eagle raider, or even valencroft, but Sam? Let's stay in the friendzone.

BTW I miss Claire×Moira... badass girls should really hook up.
