It never occurred to me before that wearing oversized sweaters/ long sleeves might've had smth to do with stimming or comfort

But then I remembered that one time in elementary when my parents tried sending me to school w/o my sweater n I didn't leave our backyard n was crying cuz I didn't have my sweater--
