I bought cake, bath bombs and comics. Hopefully this will solve all the soul sucking sadness the Job Centre inflicted on me today.

Best Chocolate Cake Ever

Bake one Devil's Food cake according to recipe on box or in book, depending on how much effort you are willing to expend on cake.

While cake is still warm, take a butter knife and stab cake repeatedly until cake is full of holes!

Pour heavy whipping cream or half and half or fat free flavored coffee creamer (depending on how guilty you wish to feel about it later) over the cake, enough to soak in but not to saturate.

Pour caramel topping over cake as well, enough to soak in but not to saturate.  I used smuckers sugar free to rationalize the heavy whipping cream.

Allow cake to cool

Top with cool whip, sprinkle heath toffee chips generously over cool whip.

Store in fridge until ready to serve and/or consume

i like my monday night class, to an extent...my professor is nice and all...and i enjoy learning about psychology...but ughhhhh it's over 2 hours of lecture and my professor doesn't make it very interesting and i just. can't. :|

but my parking lot chats with cute whovian guy and my post-class drives to stop & shop for a cupcake make it a little better. :D
