Caution: a novel ahead! 😏🙈 • P A R T 1: People who know me know that I am a foodie! I have always loved food and I think I probably always will! 🍔 • Unfortunately though it got to a point when I would eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted 🙈 I didn't care it was too late or that I was perfectly full - if I craved anything, I'd just stuff my face regardless. Sometimes I would go to bed with an achy stomach, that's how much I would eat. And if there was a party, I would be the first one to eat, anxious to try everything and ruthless if anyone would just DARE to get the food before me (that was mainly in my head - I wasn't literally attacking people 😉 - but in my mind I was nervous and soooo ready to eat whenever they brought food or we were waiting on it, and that is not a right mindset guys). People would also make fun of me because I would always be the starving one, always pointing out how hungry I was. • Although I was slowly realizing how unhealthy my lifestyle was and many times tried to get fit and healthy, I would always just fall back in my old ways. I would get back to my comfortable mess that felt too painful to abandon, too scary to leave. People would tell me I didn't need to loose weight and that I didn't have to keep a diet. When they looked at me they didn't see anything wrong, they just saw a perfectly healthy girl who just happened to love eating a lot. • But I knew my body, I knew I was treating it bad, I knew I was steadily (although slowly so no-one really realized) gaining weight. I knew that I had to take care of my body, body that God gave me!
