camilla doesn't hate the people from hoshido as much as some of her family members, yet she had never expected to date one of their kind! especially not a commoner!
yet here she was, having met you during the war, as nohr invaded your country. and while you hated camilla at first, you began to warm up to her
your relationship with the princess of nohr remained a secret between the two of you, due to the difference in status and country you live in
however, there are subtle hints towards your relationship, such as camilla making sure not to invade any of areas near where you live, to keep you safe
she doesn't get to see you as often as she'd like to, making your relationship a long-distance one, but she plans that after the war is done, she'll be with you more often!
she might even take you to nohr and show you around! hopefully the people there will be accepting of your relationship with her…
a - absence, what do they do when your gone? do they get lonely easy? how long does it take for them to start missing you?
Camilla will always tell you that she misses you the moment you leave the castle gates. And while she does mean it. Sighing to herself about how unfair it is that you have to work so hard elsewhere without her, or vice versa if it's her who has to go, that's all it is for short periods of time. Huffing and sighs, while she counts down the sunrises and sunsets until you reunite.
For longer periods of time, she writes letters. If it might be months before she can see you again, she'll write you a letter everyday, even if that means you might end up with four days worth of letters in one go. Each one detailing her day, and how she wishes they were there beside her to experience what she was.
Every letter starts off with: "To my dearest,"

You're an absolute mess. Cold sweat sticks to your skin, you had practically crumbled to the floor mere moments ago. Camilla didn't waste a moment rushing straight to you, cradling your face in her hands while checking your temperature. "I need a healer, now."
She calls out and the sound of footsteps darting away from the door follow. Her face is contorted in worry as she tries to examine you herself, unable to decipher any visible ailments. Her concern growing as you breathing fell into heavy pants. She retracts her hands from you, only momentarily to help you up off the floor.
Only for you to plea for her. "Please touch me again," your eyes are round and soft, almost cute enough for her to give in to your request right away.
"Sweetie, is that what you need? For me to touch you?" You nod feverishly. While part of her still isn't convinced that it's going to fix whatever ailment has befallen you, she still presses her hands against your skin, waiting out for a healer to arrive and officially tell her what's wrong.

You're simply adorable. Camilla tells you so all the time, she doesn't hide her affection for you. Let alone when she's gazing at you from across the room. "It's almost a wonder that not everyone stares at you, you're simply the cutest thing!" Is her response if you question her stares.
She also finds you so cute when you stare at her. In fact she's overjoyed that you are! Feel free to look at her as much as you like, after all a lot of the time she's spent getting ready for the day is wondering if something she did would catch your eye.

♡ You figure that it’d be impossible for you to avoid the fights forever, so you had decided you’d just grimace and live through it, no matter how much it disturbed you, but the time never comes. Every time news of a battle breaks out you’re suddenly needed far away from the site. You figured it was a coincidence at first, but after it happened, again and again, you knew something had to be going on.
♡ You ask someone about it one time, who exactly had given the order?
♡ “I’m not supposed to say anything,” the soldier says, glancing over their shoulder to make sure no one is listening. “But it’s someone you know well.”
♡ It has to be Camilla, but if you ask her she only hums and looks away. “I wonder who it could be?” she says before turning the conversation in a different direction.
♡ It probably is her, to be honest, but for her sake, it’s best not to say too much about it.
♡ After particularly gruesome battles - ones that the footsoldiers and servants gossip about in all its gory detail - Camilla pulls you into her chambers. A bath and a nap are in order, she says, after such a hard fight she deserved them, and you don’t have the heart to refuse anytime. You may avoid battles because of your dislike for them, but she fights through them for the sake of the cause, for you.
♡ All in all, she’s very caring about it. Camilla dotes on you the same as always, but more gently than ever due to the sensitivity of it all.

- However, when you and her had a moment to yourselves in the bedroom, she was pleasantly surprised to see you pinning her on the bed with your legs as you purred that she had teased you for far too long.
- It was a surprise, no doubt, to have Camilla be bottom and not dictate the course but she decides to relent since you were the first to catch her off-guard like that. It’s an achievement of it’s own and you should be proud of yourself.

- If you thought she was finally rendered speechless because of your act, you were dead wrong. In fact, she’s even more chattier than usual because she never expects you to reduce her to a blabbering mess. It’s an incredible feat, one that she’s very eager to tell everyone.
- When she sees you stuttering and being your shy self, she just butts into the conversation and sings to the person about all the scandalous things you two have done. It’s a 50/50 chance that you run away from the conversation or punish her in your bedroom.

- You two are on the same boat, being shy and all. Well, more or less Beruka doesn’t like talking to anyone that isn’t you or Camilla and you were just naturally shy.
- Beruka is a trained assassin but even Wyvern Riders have weaknesses, specifically against arrows. When she fell from her Wyvern and had to heal in the infirmary, you smashed your lips against hers when she woke up and growled that she is staying by your side for a long time.
- She can’t even talk to you now because her mind keeps replaying to when you made her a moaning mess. It was a good awkward moment and the only time she actually talked to you was a hand on your shoulder and a weak “Hey.”
- She is both flabbergasted and frustrated when she sees you stuttering when discussing battle strategies. It just doesn’t make any sense to her that you made her blush while you’re the one who’s blushing when people stare at you for too long.
