Whether you are an athlete or an accountant, we challenge you to show your support and appreciation this veterans day for the everyday superheroes that walk amongst us by posting a video of you doing a Superman Pushup! There are many variations of the move and not everyone can be a superhero like our men and women in uniform, but it's is the thought that counts. The goal is to raise awareness and donations for the FitOps Foundation. . Funds raised through the #CanYouSuperman challenge will go towards training and certifying veterans to be placed in careers as personal trainers. ALRIGHT HERE WE GO! I was challenged earlier today by @fitops_six. To do the Superman Pushup challenge for the @fitops_foundation. What is the FitOps Foundation? It's a not for profit that helps veterans get their personal training certification, and helps them get kind of a step up in the direction of fitness they are looking to go in. I've been asked to challenge 5 people to participate, so HERE WE FREAKIN GO! @izzyelubaydy @solindablakeney @kriesel_87 @leahdennieifbb @markfieldofficial Oh, and I'm doing 6, because @dg_gonzalez doubted the athletic prowess of her coach.
