Honest question because I'm kinda concerned (if you know please help)

Last night my heart rate randomly went quite high (roughly 120bpm) and I was a little confused but it was midnight and I wasn't about to do anything about it. (also it kinda felt like it was skipping a beat every now and then, but idk what that feels like tbh, and could easily just have been me getting nervous)

Anyway, I decided to do a little research this morning and saw a test that asked you to check your heart rate lying down, and then immediately after you stand up. So I did that and it came out as 70bpm lying down, and 130bpm standing.

I haven't had any cardiac issues in the past, I'm a healthy weight, so should I be concerned???
