Okay, once the main characters (I'm still missing some but shhh) are done, let me introduce you to..
Carnivaltale!
This au is basically an entertainment one but let me explain
A long time ago where the humans and monsters ruled together, they learned that these monsters needed to feed off of happiness to prevail so the humans accept the monsters to entertain them in order to make them laugh and feed off of that
Both parties were happy, right?
Well, that was good while it lasted because the humans started treating the monsters like a really low class and treating them like trash, like they should only be entertainment and nothing else, like they didn't deserve kindness or anything else
The monsters started hating the treatment they were receiving but they knew they needed the happiness from the humans because the happiness that shined from the humans soul were more richer than the monsters themselves
But the last straw for the monsters was when the humans killed a monster because they didn't laugh at his entertainment.
The monsters didn't fight for their rights, they knew they were going to lose so they just ran away and sealed themselves under the barricade for years and years, feeding themselves from their own happiness but they were finally free and didn't need to satisfy someone no longer
Meanwhile the humans treated the monsters name like a forbidden fruit, no one should mention what happened a long long time ago but a curious pair of twins, always loving the entertainment area, wanted to know more and more about the monsters and it's history
The others, their family were often nagging them about how the entertainment area was only for low classes like the monsters even if the twins really wanted to entertain.
Growing tired of the bullshit of the other humans, they ran away from home and while being angry and discussing within them, one fell into the hole and the other filled with guilt, jumped as well
Not knowing that the hole they fell in.. were all the monsters they looked upon and admire
...
Now onto the main characters! Aka the skeleton brothers
Bozo: A jester who does enjoy his job but off work he's a totally different person, shy and nervous of knowing he messed up his act. He's really kind and friendly both ways but in his work mode he may not see you as nothing else than a fan.
Houdini: A magician who is only kind when he's working and when he's not, he's sassy and doesn't regret not thinking before he speaks lol. He may not be the friendliest one but he will not insult you directly and may comfort you if you need it. (If the comfort sucked, don't tell him lol)
Other characters:
Celestine (Frisk): a curious twin, really friendly and quite sassy as well but do think before she speaks lol. She's a girl's girl and the best option to chat and befriend!
Damselette (my self insert): the confused twin, she's friendly but sometimes oblivious, she doesn't get the sarcasm and thinks everyone means what they say lol. She's a sweetheart and is really into the history of the monsters, she's like a fan of them even though some scare her.
The Ringmaster (Asgore), Lion Tamer (Undyne), Strongman (Toriel), Acrobat (Gaster), Trapeze artist (Grillby) and Juggler/Tightrope walker (Muffet) are there but I still haven't wrote anything for them :')
I just have that Grillby is the other parent of the skeleton brothers!
