Httyd mini canon divergence where in the cavern crasher episode they end up not being able to stop it and the fireworm queen dies as well as many of the babies, but Snotlout is able to save the one that the fireworm queen gave him and he starts raising it to be the next queen

Snotlout named her spitfire cause she definitely has an attitude (she’s perfect for him and hooky)

He got hiccup to make him some kind of gloves so he can hold her without getting burnt (he still gets burnt she climbs all over him like a monkey)

She’s always on his shoulders or in his lap

At first he tried to not bring her on missions but she snuck onto hookfang before they left and he eventually gave up

She has set multiple things on fire and cannot be left alone without something burning

Snotlout and hookfang are also the only ones she likes, but she tolerates the others (this becomes a problem when they don’t think Snotlout can raise a literal princess dragon [he totally can])

She and hookfang take naps together

The twins try to steal her for pranks

She helps heather cook (only with supervision tho)

She hates Chicken but loves her chicks

Toothless and stormfly try to play with her but she’s too small ( Snotlout also worries they’ll be too rough)

Anyways this is just a small au I’ve been thinking abt cuz I think Snotlout is actually one of the best riders when it comes to baby dragons and I’m currently obsessed with fireworms
