JUNKO SHIPS MY BELOVED they r so interesting. putting them in a plastic tupperware with airholes poked in the top and sitting at my desk and looking at them carefully. Okay here are some ones I like:

Maizoshima (the inability to be known) Junkeon (highschool whirlwind girlboss and chihuahua) Hinashima (specifically the version I made in my head where in chapter 4 Junko ends up mastermind-ifying Hina while she's grieving. in any other circumstance Aoi would dislike her greatly.) Celeshima (evil women? evil women! bored with normal life!) Naejunko (poetic in a funny way) Junowada (who know that one comic where she recruits him to despair or whatever and then dumps him because he's boring and dumb. yeah. it's funny to me okay.)

In canon i don't think Junko should be shipped with...anyone, honestly, because of obvious reasons

In a non-despair au, however, i think they would be so fun JHSDFGH. Goth gambler gf x model gf, girlboss x girlboss. I can totally see Celeste using her gambling abilities to help Junko with some weird scheme & Junko having the two of them try out different fashion combos together. Celeste would take her to fancy goth/victorian styled places for dates & Junko would 100% gush about her pretty gf in every interview

Celeste panicking over her first Valentine’s........god???? oh my god absolutely

After the initial shock of realizing that she is Not Gping To Die Today, Toko goes with her to help shop for all the romantic things!! And honestly, they kinda hit it off?

Like before this, they weren’t particularly close with one another, but hanging out together and picking out gifts for someone they both care about helps to kinda show each of them the other’s more soft, endearing side!

and waaaaaaa omggg chihiro sweetieeeee 🥺🥺🥺 godddd she loses her shit ngl?? like u know that burned out feeling u get when u work on something and kinda obsess over it for a long period of time, and then it doesn’t turn out the way u wanted.........y e a h

she was programming a videogame (gaming is one of Ibuki’s Likes in canon!) and then it simply......decided to bug out and stop working......right before Valentine’s Day.....

she’s a big crier so it sets her off, especially since it was a gift for Ibuki......hvvvhvvvvv but her rationale goes smth like this “ok ok ok, she and Leon are really close, maybe he can help.....plus he won’t make fun of me for crying.....”

And Leon comes over and is like oh shit I’m sorry but also HELL yeah I have just the thing

Basically he helps her set up the raddest, most punk rock gift EVER (using the firecrackers he can’t give to Makoto jsbdbsbsbdbd) it’s mostly just a bunch of music stuff accompanied by fujisaki promising to work out the bugs in the game and get it to her as soon as possible (catch ibuki absolutely SOBBING that’s so sweet????? she loves her partner so much oh my goodness)

Ibuki meanwhile wrote a song for Chihiro complete with a bunch of programmer and technology puns!! she also got her a few comfy sweaters, another cutesy skirt, and a ton of neat hairclips!!!!

Also thank god chihiro was willing to help Leon come up with things for Makoto because he never would have been able to do something chill and not overwhelming on his own shdbdbsbdbdv basically she’s like “get him some roses and chocolates and maybe a stuffed bear! he’ll love it, you know?” and he’s like oh yeah that makes sense

so yeah that’s what he does and makoto freaking swoons because hdbdbdbdfvvddv okay yes it’s cliche but????? so romantic???????,? hdvdvdvdvdvdvdv

Naegi’s gift to Leon was a jar filled with little slips of paper inside of it, each one detailing a different thing he loves about kuwata <3 he also gives him a multipack of ramen and leon loses his mind because,,,,,,,,hhdhrbrbdbbdbdbd bboyfriend,,,,,,,
