Prior to training, they measured the length of telomeres, which protect DNA from damage during cell division. According to experts, these telomeres are a marker of cell aging. The older the human cells, the shorter the telomere of DNA.

Experts conducted the same measurement for students after graduation. It turned out that during the intense study and constant mental stress, DNA aging increased by about 6 times!

So, it turns out that these factors significantly reduce the youth of cellular DNA.
